After writing so much, I rarely open a single chapter to chat with you. After thinking about it today, I still want to say something.
In fact, I don’t write full-time, it’s just a hobby of mine.
I usually write at home when I get off work every day, so I can’t do much updating. I only write 4,000 words a day. In the editor’s words, that’s like a salted fish without dreams.
It’s not that I don’t want to write more, but I’m really tired from work and have limited time to go home every day. It’s very rare for me to be able to write 4,000 words.
I have also considered working full-time, but I have no choice. The performance of this book really does not allow me to put down my job and write it full-time.
If the next new book does well, I may go full-time, and then I will have to rely on the support of all readers~
I know that not many people may be able to read these words as I write them, but I still know the results of this book.
There are only about 20 follow-up subscriptions, and some of them are subscriptions from my friends and pirates...
To be honest, with this kind of results, other people would have cut the book long ago, but I just want to tell a story completely. Even if only one person is watching, I still want to tell it.
According to my original plan, the plot of this book is almost halfway done.
But the results were really not ideal, and reality did not allow me to spend another two years writing the second half.
Don't worry, I'm not saying I'm going to cut the book. I may speed up the process, but I definitely won't cut the book.
I will try to finish this book before next year and start a new one.
For the next book, whether full-time or not, I decided to give it a try, at least with more than 8,000 updates per day.
Although I have put a lot of effort into the book "The Only Savior", in the final analysis, this is just my first book, and it is very immature in many places.
Some of the previous plots were not handled well, resulting in the loss of readers.
I should be able to learn from my experience in the next book, avoid similar poisonous points, and strive to retain all readers.
And the subject matter of this book is really difficult to write about.
I'm not making excuses for you to complain, but some areas are too sensitive for me to touch.
I used to do audit work, and I still have some idea of the standards in this area.
For example, what happened on Aquamarine. Careful people may notice that in every description of abnormal events, I will not cause any civilian casualties.
Logically speaking, if such a monster appeared in the city, how could it be possible for only one or two people to die?
But there was no way, there were too many casualties, and in the end they were sealed.
So I can only extend the story to alien planets as much as possible, or avoid casualties on Aquamarine.
Doing this actually limits the development of my story.
Another example is the heterogeneous information sharing plan I have always mentioned.
I really, really want to write down the detailed process of the entire alliance. The Star Alliance provided the venue, and representatives from various countries went there one after another. After witnessing a series of shocking scenes, they were introduced into a mysterious space and signed. Sign that agreement.
But I really don’t dare to write such a scene. If I write it, I can guarantee that there is a 90% chance of being swallowed. Some things really cannot be touched.
Some people may say, as long as you write XXX, it will be fine, so don’t worry unfoundedly.
To this, I can only respond with a helpless smile.
I won't explain the reason for this.
After all, it’s not that I don’t know which plots would be fun to write.
But the reality is that I can’t write as I please, there are many things that need to be taken into consideration...
As a lesson learned from the past, I will change the background of the next book to an imaginary one.
Although this cannot completely prevent similar situations from happening, it will be much better after all.
Having said so much, I also want to find an opportunity to talk to everyone. I am very grateful to all brothers and sisters for their support.
Although I also know that not many people can see this place...
But even if only one person supports me, I am very happy.
Thank you very much for your persistence, thank you.
