Remarks on the launch

This book will be on the shelves around twelve o'clock tonight.

As an old Three Kingdoms fan, I have been obsessed with the Three Kingdoms since junior high school. I like all kinds of Three Kingdoms books, Three Kingdoms games, Three Kingdoms movies and TV shows very much, and I have always dreamed of the Three Kingdoms.

However, as I read various materials and my experience grew, I gradually realized that the Late Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms era were very different from the Late Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms eras in movies, TV series, and games. It was not at all what I had imagined.

Liu Guan and Zhang did not have the Taoyuan Three Brothers, Zhao Yun was not the fourth brother, Zhang Fei did not sell pork, Guan Yu did not sell mung beans, Cao Cao was not simply treacherous, and Yuan Shao was not a pure minister of the Han Dynasty.

Various records are very limited. Many famous figures do not even know their birth dates, nor their ages, nor their life experiences before they became famous, nor even their deaths.

The Three Kingdoms is not romantic. Famous generals and beauties are not everything. It is impossible to obtain all the famous generals and ministers by collecting cards, let alone gain all the hegemony.

I began to think, apart from famous generals, counselors, and beauties, what kind of world is that?

With such a mood, I wrote this book, choosing to enter this era from a special perspective to explore the reasons why the Three Kingdoms are the Three Kingdoms.

If possible, I also hope that the Liu Bei I wrote can use his ingenuity to reverse the troubled times that are destined to come, so that more people can survive, and the era of great division that will happen in the next few hundred years will not come.
