Instead, they spent the rest of their lives on the golden Mumun River, protecting the fledgling colonies from giant spiders, evil terrors, Cold City slavers, and anyone who dared threaten their people. Croissant, in particular, matured and became a beloved uncle to his nephews and nieces, often taking them on hunts for aliens.

Jules Rapace - Chancellor of the Ghouls
Jules the Ghoul replaced Victor Dalton as Mervyn's chancellor after his promotion. He proved to be a moderate influence, never favoring any faction, and devoted himself to maintaining peace at home and abroad. The only exception was the Undying Revolution, which he encouraged at all costs, only to be assassinated at least five times by fanatical Inquisitors. He always attributed these attacks to a vague [Paladin] conspiracy, though never within earshot of the Queen.

In order to realize their great dream, the Kobold Rangers continue to defend the V&V Empire against those who threaten it and become immortal heroes. They inspired many kobold bands to follow Sendai's path, leading to an era of reptilian adventurers that was almost as eventful as the rise of their dragon overlords. However, Pink Ranger never stopped writing, and her anonymous works were denounced as heresy by the cult of V&V, who never managed to completely eradicate them.
