The Niece's Defender, Volume 3, Chapter 4, The First Princess
Disaster! Worshipers of Sabra, the God of Destruction, have arrived in the New World! The evil Frank the Anark has captured Orian, the princess of the forest elf tribe! Evil triumphs everywhere!
But here comes the hero! The beautiful dragon Julie, eager to save princesses around the world (so she can protect them), tracks the villain to his lair in the heart of the jungle. At her side are the Shining Knight, Kia Bekele and the fearsome kobold ranger, the scourge of rabbits and the niece's defender. Together, they can defeat any princess.
But the opposition was strong. As they approached the enemy's stronghold, the stench of poverty filled the air...
Julie, the Dragon [Paladin] adventurer, was shaking with excitement. It's today.
That day she will capture her first princess alone and become an adult! An elf princess!
True, her uncle once gave her one on her show-off day, but to be recognized as a true princess hunter, a dragon must woo a maiden himself. The young dragon was unwilling to kidnap Man Ling because of their feelings, and they took a boat across the ocean to the New World. There, the elves still had tribes large enough to produce princesses.
After a long search, they finally find a beautiful girl... only to discover that the evil Sabra cult has kidnapped her first! Tasked with gathering all the princesses for safekeeping, Julie immediately begins hunting down the bad guys .
Maybe she'll get to level 30 there?
"KIA?" Julie asked her best friend as they walked through the dense jungle. Kobold rangers surrounded the young dragon from all sides as her true defenders, and the noise from her own armor sent birds and insects flying away.
"Yes, Julie?" Kia responded, cutting the vines with her shining blade.
"Are there any perks that can make a princess fall?"
The knight paused and glanced at her dragon squire. "sorry?"
"When uncle performs well, he has a perk that allows him to get a lot of gold. If I become as awesome as him, can I get many princesses?"
"Julie, that's not what the Gladiator class is like at all."
"But can we change classes?" Rhett asked curiously. "If Chief Victor can summon a skeleton, can a dragon summon a princess?"
"I...possible?" the knight shrugged. "I haven't heard of such a course, but you can't rule it out."
A [Making a Princess] class? That would be awesome! Julie can’t wait to get it!
The young dragon's [Virgin Princess Radar] beeped, causing her to look up excitedly. Her girlish senses weren't as strong as her uncle's, but she could sense her target was nearby. "She's close!" she said proudly. "Very close!"
"Looks like we found a cult," Kia said, pointing her sword at the leaves. Julie and the ranger stood on her shoulders, staring at a large camp filled with tents. While the ground is usually covered with tall grass, vegetation has been destroyed throughout the area, leaving only dry dirt. As Julie focused on the source of the princess's signal, she noticed a large, closed stone door on the northern edge of the camp.
"Well, if we're careful, we can take them by surprise," Keya whispered to everyone. She caught a glimpse of the flag in the center of the camp and frowned. Each planet has a poorly drawn blue planet logo on its surface. "Listen to my signal, one, two, three—"
"Oh, tourists!" Kia froze as an orc emerged from the camp to greet them, disrupting their infiltration. “Have you heard of our Savior Okenu? He died for our sins!”
"What is Okonu—"
"Don't ask!" Kia interrupted before Blue could say anything, sounding angrier than ever. "Don't encourage them!"
"Isn't this Sarah's military camp?" Pink asked.
"Oh, Sabra's cult has always supported the mysterious order of the new world." The orc said. "In their own words, 'The sooner you reincarnate to another planet and leave this planet a lifeless shell, the better.' Their priests were very kind and tried their best to provide us with vehicles." If you are here to pick up their leader Frank, you can find him north of the camp. "
"Penetration successful!" Julie said happily, and Kia put her hand on her face for some reason.
"The lady is so cute, all these hard workers can only do what she wants!" Rhett complimented her.
"Anyway," said the orc. "If you would, I would be happy to tell you all about the teachings of our Savi people, Oknu—"
"We'll leave now, thank you." Chia interrupted.
"Oh, can I get a spell from this guy?" asked the blue one. "I'm looking to convert from Mithraism, it's too strict."
"Oh, unfortunately no, Okonu doesn't offer special classes. But, but, if you give money to the true church, they can show you the way to Japan, where everyone is a school-"
"Next," Jolie's chief of staff interrupted again, this time raising her voice.
"Yes, no more time to waste!" said Julie, her dragon knight instincts fueling her enthusiasm. "We will defeat these villains and rescue Princess Orian! For my treasure!"
"For the treasure!" the rangers shouted back, not caring about warning the weak orcs.
"Julie, we can't hold an elf hostage," Kia protested, unable to understand the tenets of Catharism. The orcs looked at them as if they were crazy, then left without saying a word. "They're almost extinct!"
"But, Chia, it is good to keep the elf princess! Elves have no souls!"
"Julie, we've discussed this. Elves may be vegetarians, but that doesn't mean they're cows."
"But that's what the old maggot said when he created the world!" Julie protested. "It can grow grass to feed the cows!" So those who only eat grass are cows!"
“What about human vegetarians? Are they cattle too?”
"Stupid Kia, if a ma
li
g doesn’t eat meat, then I don’t eat ma
li
g is no different!"
In the face of Julie's ruthless dragon logic, the shining knight surrendered. "This discussion will have to wait until we actually rescue the princess."
Inspired, Julie ran through the orc camp with her minions, the local orcs looking at her dragon form in amazement. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Kia implored the locals as the dragoon crushed several carriages and card games on its way to the gate.
Soon, Julie found herself in front of the stone door, jutting out from the ground, where she discovered the princess was locked in a steel cage.
She was perfect in every way, a beautiful dark-skinned elf with green hair and sparkling jewelry exuding the air of a princess. Even when faced with being held captive and surrounded by orc excrement, she still looked majestic.
Guarding her are three orcs, two of them thugs armed with axes and knives, and the third is something else entirely. The leader towered over his minions by more than a head, standing over eight feet tall, and was examining the symbols on the stone door. Most of his body, except for his arms, is covered in thick steel armor, with a symbol of a planet-eating bug painted on his chest. The monster breathes through a strange mask, a tube connecting its mouth to its back, leaving only its baleful eyes exposed.
Everyone turned to Julie's group in dismay as the dragon and her minions lined up to face them.
"That thing is an orc?" Faced with such a terrifying princess, even Kia seemed at a loss.
"He's huge!" Blue complained. "He's as big as a troll!"
"I am A
a
F of k
a
k! said the villain proudly, glancing at the heroes of justice in annoyance. "who are you?"
"Julie Dragon, the greatest dragon rider in the world!" Julie howled into the sun, and the ranger clapped back. "I'm here to rescue the princess from you, you despicable villain!"
"Another, another rescuer?" the orc let out an angry roar. "Can you mind your own business? I'm not hurting your princess or anything!"
"We know you stole her from the forest elf tribe!" Pink recounted the orcs' crimes. "You plan to sacrifice her to despicable Sabra!"
"Sacrifice...oh, that's everything, right?" The orc's eyes became contemptuous. "Just because we are orcs who worship the God of Destruction and kidnapped an elf girl, do you think we will sacrifice her? Like savages?"
"...Really?" Kia answered this stupid question.
"Well, that's racial bias!" All we have to do is throw her on the other side of that planar door with these idiots. The orc pointed toward the camp. "As long as we figure out how to open the door." "
"W-why?" Julie couldn't understand his malice. "Why did you kick the princess out?"
"Because the princesses represent the old establishment, and Sabra takes pleasure in destroying the establishment!" growled evil Frank. "We will destroy civilization! We will create a world without rulers, without kings! Without queens!"
"Isn't there a princess?" Julie panicked.
"No princess!"
The words echoed in Julie's mind like a lingering echo, filling her mind with apocalyptic visions. A dark world where dragons wander aimlessly and there is no princess to protect them.
Charisma check successful! [Horror] Negated!
She faces the greatest threat to the dragon way of life since the gold hunter Freeborn. Julie is convinced of this. "You are evil!" she shouted. "You are evil and you must be stopped!"
“What’s wrong with you people?! You complain when we slaughter your villages to reduce the world’s population, and you still do it when we offer you non-violent options! Make up your mind!”
"Yeah, you make genocide look like the easy way out!" one of Frank's confidants accuses them. "You should be ashamed of yourself!"
"Hi, Frank! The third orc pointed at Kia with fear in his eyes. "That girl... is Kia Bekele!"
"Kachin Independence Army Bekele?" Frank's eyes widened in surprise, and his anger turned to worry. ""Flash Knight"? "The woman who killed Bara-ul?!"
"I'm her attendant!" Julie said proudly.
"…Oh," the villain noted, startled in the presence of true justice. "Well, isn't this a big problem?" I only see one solution. "
"Secret technology?" one of the henchmen asked dumbfounded. "But we've never used it before!" is u
o
cish!”
"There's a first time for everything!" Frank took a threatening stance. "Get ready, guys!"
"Minion, give it to me!" Julie yelled as the ranger and Kia brandished their weapons, ready to sacrifice their lives for the greater good.
Then, something happened.
Frank and his men turned and ran toward the jungle. They ran away, perhaps summoning the beasts behind the hero, or setting a trap. But Julie couldn't feel anything out of the ordinary. Maybe they were visited by an unseen creature? Or...
still……
"No!" Kia jumped up and chased the fleeing orc. "Come back! I'm not that strong! (Speed up)!"
"My experience!" Julie panicked and chased the bad guy. "My experience is gone!"
"Get 'em!" Red ordered, and the kobold rangers pursued the orcs before they could hide in the jungle.
"[Time Summon]," Frank cast a spell as he ran, and Kia started to catch up with him. "Brachiosaurus!"
Kia replied with a smile. "It's a herbivore, so there's nothing to worry about!"
A large shadow appeared directly above the crowd, and Julie realized where the orcs had summoned their monsters.
[Heroism] activated! You get an attribute bonus to save your allies in trouble!
"Minion, get down!" On impulse, Julie grabbed her closest minion "Black and Blue" and pushed them away from the growing shadow; Kia, Pi
K and Red were fast enough to dodge, while Yellow just raised his shield and summoned a light barrier around himself.
boom!
A huge scaly beast the size of a Vequoir fell into the clearing, blowing dust and rocks in every direction. Tents were flying, orcs were running screaming, trees were falling, and even the princess' cage fell to its side. Only the stone door remained intact.
"KIA! Pink!" Julie blew away the dust with her wings, and the scaly beast roared in agony, its bones breaking. "yellow!"
"We're fine, ma'am!" cried Pink. "We're fine!"
After checking Black and Blue, who were more surprised than hurt, Dragon rushed towards the villains, only to find that they were long gone.
No! The evil orcs have escaped! The princess is saved, but at what cost?
"Poor beast," Pink said as he looked at the scaly beast howling in agony. "Broken its leg."
"Cowardly torturing his own servants like that half-orc." Rhett shook his head. "Disgusting".
"Blue, help me cast a healing spell on it." Huang said, emerging from the dust unscathed. Kobold rangers gathered around the beast, nursing it back to health.
"Why?" Kia expressed dissatisfaction and punched the ground. "Why do they always run away? Why?"
"It's okay, Kia!" Julie assured her, approaching the cage to check on the princess. "Anyway, we saved Orian!"
And they did! The explosion weakened the cage enough for Julie to break it with her bare claws! Although dusty and scarred, the princess emerged unharmed. "Thank you, beautiful dragon," she said in an elf-like voice that was deliciously sweet. "You saved me."
"Now I'm going to take you home!" Julie nodded happily.
"Go to my tribe?" Will you take me back to my tribe?"
"No, go to my house!" Julie gently grabbed the princess's robe and lifted her off the ground like a kitten. She let out a surprised squeal, which made her even cuter. "Now you are my little princess!"
“Julie! Her beloved chief of staff started nagging Long. “Free her! She’s scared!”
"Xian, elves, get these damn princes together!" Julie continued, her mouth full of princess dresses. "nonsense!"
"Can we return her to her tribe first?" the knight begged. If not, they would think a cult killed her. Have you thought about her relatives, Julie?"
The dragon froze, something in her friend's tone that made her feel ashamed. Indeed, by stealing the princess without her family's permission, she would be no better than these orcs.
And the dragon, as the supreme being, has the responsibility to show that he is better than others.
"I'm sorry," Julie apologized, placing the little princess back on the ground and letting her go. "I should have made you happy to be part of my treasure, not kidnapped you like those orcs did. I promise, we'll get you home first!"
The princess was embarrassed to answer and just nodded. Ji Ya patted the girl on the shoulder and spoke a few words in Elvish in her ear to calm her down. "But I still don't know where that door leads." The knight glanced at the stone door and said. "If saba
Admirers want to get into it... there may not be anything good on the other side. "
"Oh, maybe it leads to Wonderland!" Julie replied before examining the runes on the door. "This is the first door to the elemental plane of Earth. Never heard of it."
"Do you know how to read this language?"
"Uncle Genialisim taught me the language of my ancestors so I could insult them in their own language!" Julie boasted, "There have been doors like this everywhere since dragons created the world, you know?"
Her chief of staff looked at her with her large eyes, amazed at her friend's knowledge. The dragon was very proud! "Silly Kia, don't you know how the dragon created the world?"
The knight's lack of answers began to worry Julie, and the kobold rangers, out of kindness, tended to the scaly beast's wounds. "you do not know?"
“I heard conflicting stories,” she admits.
A conflicting story? From the fairy? No wonder she had such confused thoughts about elves and cows! The dragon couldn't tolerate this and so decided to open up to her friends and accept the truth, the dragon's truth.
"A long time ago, there was only void and earth," Julie tells of her uncle ge
Alissime's favorite story, he told her this story all the time when she was a child. "The earth was in chaos, dark and lightless. Then came the old monster maggot, and first the dragon, which happened to be passing by. It said: "Let there be light!" It created the stars with its breath."
"That...sounds familiar."
It should!" Then the old monster maggot said, 'Let there be gold and gems in my treasure! It shaped the earth so it could bring wealth to the great treasures!' But the old monster maggot felt lonely because there was no one to turn to. It showed off its great wealth! So, it created the dragon in its own image!"
"Oh, I know what's going to happen next!" Pink interrupted their conversation, climbing on the back of the long-necked scaly beast and petting it. The animal responded by licking its rider. "The old monster maggot realized that its dragon children were too good to collect gold and gems on their own. So the first dragon created minions to harvest the wealth from the earth."
Julie continued: "But then the dragon and the minions got hungry, so Old Monster Maggot invented cows to feed them, and then invented fruits and vegetables so the cows wouldn't starve to death." "Because Old Monster Maggot was nice and considerate! "
"Is this the official dragon-making myth?" Kia asked, and Julie nodded furiously; then she added in a very strange tone. "That explains a lot..."
After bragging to his children for seven days, the old monster maggot said: 'The whole world is yours now, my children! Have more children and have more servants, so that you can have more descendants! One day I will You will come back and you will all show off your wealth to me!' Then it went away, adding new suns to its piggy bank. "
"That's a funny story, Julie," Kia said with a smile. "But what does that have to do with doors?"
"I'll be there soon!" Julie said, immersed in her own voice. "The dragon and the minions lived in harmony...until the ancestors attacked!" They rose from the ground, looked at the land created by the old demon, and said, "Now this is our treasure! We created it! Then they built it Gate, through which you can capture the minions of Manlin, Elves, and Dwarves.”
"Wait, the Proto-Stars created a portal to the plane?" The plot twist surprised her chief of staff. "Where? The elemental plane?"
"Coming from far, far away, but it doesn't matter," Julie said, not answering her question. "The dragon said 'This is not your treasure, we created the world first'!" But the fairies kept lying, so Grandpa stole one of their princesses. This is how fairies and dragons go to war. "
Her chief of staff glanced at Julie's little princess and then at the door. "Could it be..." she asked, having an idea in her mind.
Intelligence check successful!
But Julie got it done for her. “Oh Kia, I get it! I know what you’re thinking!”
"What did you do?" the knight grinned at her best friend. "Do you think this is possible?"
"Yeah! If the moon can't sustain dragon life, we can go to other worlds! I believe it's full of treasures and princesses!"
Chia's smile no longer reached her ears, her emotions too strong for her.
In this way, Julie Dragon, the most beautiful and only niece of the kind Emperor Winkle, captured her first princess; becoming an adult in the eyes of the dragon and the minions. Princess Orian was brought back to her tribe, who kindly gave her to the Dragon of Justice. Because they know evil Frank is still out there, and Orian is only safe as part of the Dragon's Treasure!
As the doors open, the promise of a new world encourages the niece to reach new heights in her pursuit of wealth! Because her heart is pure and her treasure is gold!
Yet, sometimes, I, the Pink Ranger, catch a glimpse of Shining Kia and look at those doors with a strange, melancholy look. Because she glimpsed the trials in the distance.
But have no fear, because the dragon will win in the end!
