After Nurhaci took revenge, the hatred in his heart did not dissipate. After all, his ancestors and father died at the hands of the Ming army rather than directly to Nikan Wailan. Nikan Wailan deserved to be killed, but for the Ming Dynasty After all, his hatred will not be relieved by such revenge.
On the first day of the first lunar month in the forty-fourth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty, Nurhachi ascended the throne in Hetuala, calling himself the Khan of the Jin Kingdom. He named the country Jin and the reign name Tianming. It is not known whether Nurhachi inherited the will of his ancestors by naming his country Jin. After all, he was not a descendant of Wanyan Aguda or any other emperor of the Jin Dynasty. But ask yourself, as a Jurchen, it is understandable and humane to inherit the title of the Jin Dynasty and take it as her own responsibility to restore the prosperity of the Jin Dynasty.
Nurhachi himself has a very high degree of Chineseization. Not only does he understand Chinese, he also often reads "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms", and he has a Han mindset. When he was doing business in Fushun and Liaoyang when he was young, he had already learned more in this land between Han and Jurchen. He also had countless Han friends. The relationship between these Han friends and him was also subtle and even dramatic: among them was later Xiao Ziyu, whom he called a "rogue", also lived in Li Chengliang's family and became the godson of him and his wife, learning Li's art of war (mainly Sun Tzu's Art of War).
After becoming Khan, he never thought about breaking into the Great Wall and competing with the Ming Dynasty for the world. Being able to dominate Liaodong and overlooking the Central Plains is enough in this life. If Wanli really had another "King of Liaodong" like the "King Shunyi" given to Anda Khan back then, and divided the territory more clearly and finely, Nurhaci's dream would probably be wonderful. But later on, the Ming court always cared about whether other people's tribute horses were fat enough, whether mink skins were thick and beautiful enough, and whether ginseng was long and big enough. As a result, the relationship between the two parties worsened and reached the point where it could not be eased.
From an objective perspective, Nurhaci is indeed a talented and strategic leader. From an emotional perspective, his revenge for his ancestors and father is so clever, which truly shows his hatred and determination, allowing him to keep moving forward on the road of revenge, and finally established the future. The Jin regime laid the foundation for the establishment of the Qing Dynasty.
On his left and right, Wen Erdeni, Dahai, Fan Wencheng, Wu Eyidu, Fei Yingdong and other five people, it can be said that he has quite good people and harmony. Under him are four Beile, five ministers, ten Zalguqi, and Bagoshan Ezhen. The fourth beile is the eldest beile Daishan (the second son of Nurhaci, the eldest son Chu Ying was deposed as the prince), the second bele Amin (the nephew of Nurhachi, the son of Shuerhaci), the third bele Mang Gurtai (the fifth son of Nurhachi) and the fourth bele Huang Taiji (the eighth son of Nurhachi). The first five ministers were the five confidants of the armed forces - E Yidu, Fei Yingdong, He Heli, An Feiyanggu and Hu Erhan. Five people are equivalent to ministers, and ten Zalguqi are equivalent to deputy ministers. Gushan Ezhen is the Eight Banners, which was originally the Four Banners. It is a military organization. The leader of each banner is called Gushan (banner) Ezhen (chang).
In the forty-sixth year of Wanli (the third year of Tianming), Nurhaci complained to heaven with seven hatreds and officially fell out with Ming Dynasty.
The first hatred was the murder of his ancestors and fathers, Jue Chang'an and Takshi. In Nurhachi's eyes, this was an everlasting scar. Even though thirty-five years had passed, according to Nurhachi's words, "My ancestors paid tribute to the Southern Dynasty on the side, and they have been loyal and obedient for a long time. Suddenly, my two ancestors were executed for being innocent. I hate the first one."
The second hatred stems from the different policies of the Ming Dynasty towards various Jurchen tribes, especially in the military field. Both Jianzhou Zuowei and Ye He's tribe were external vassals of the Ming Dynasty, and Ming's attitude towards Ye He's tribe was much better than that of Jianzhou Zuowei. "Beiguan and I are both foreign vassals, but we are different in one thing. I hate the other."
The third hate may be a bit untenable. One year, Nurhaci ordered his men to kill dozens of Han Chinese who were picking ginseng. The Ming court learned of this and ordered Nurhaci to hand over the murderer in payment for his life. Nurhaci pulled out ten prisoners of the Hada tribe from the prison, sent them to the border with Ming Dynasty, killed them on the spot, and just fooled them. "The Han people went out to dig ginseng without permission, and they destroyed it as promised. They demanded the lives of ten barbarians and hated three."
The fourth hatred is that the Ming Dynasty helped Ye He's tribe resist Nurhaci's attack. The Yehe tribe is one of the four Jurchen tribes in Haixi, and the Ming Dynasty built a "Zhenbeiguan" near Yehe in Kaiyuan. This was obviously to help the Yehe tribe defend Nurhachi, so the Yehe tribe was also called Beibei. close. "Beiguan and I are both barbarians, and we are defending and rejecting me. We are too light and too heavy, and we hate the four."
The Fifth Hate is about an old... not really an old girl. A Belle from the Yehe tribe promised to marry her fourteen-year-old sister to Nurhaci in the 21st year of Wanli. As a result, Nurhachi waited twenty years. Two years later, the other party changed his plan and married his younger sister (already thirty-five years old) to a prince from Khalkha. Nurhaci insisted that it must have been the Ming court's instigation, otherwise the other party would not dare to be so bold. "The old girl from Beiguan remarried to Xilu and hated Wu."
The sixth hatred was that the Jurchens forcibly occupied Chaihe, Sancha, Fu'an and other places to engage in farming and animal husbandry. The Ming Dynasty ordered these Jurchens to move out. "Forced to retreat, field crops thrown away, hate six."
The seventh hate is that "Liaoyang scoundrel" Xiao Ziyu was the special envoy of the Ming court and was not polite to Nurhachi. "Xiao Bozhi exerted great power, humiliated him in every possible way, and hated Qi."
With these seven reasons, Nurhaci was so convincing that when he arrived in Fushun, the guard Li Yongfang immediately left the city and surrendered; when he arrived in Qinghe, the guard Zou Chuxian was killed; the Far East Commander Zhang Chengyin led 10,000 elite troops to fight, but in all likelihood he was killed in the end. Kill and die by yourself.
Later, they defeated the Ming army in Sarhu, Jiefan, Shangjianya and Budaligang, and captured Shenyang, Liaoyang and Guangning. However, he met his opponent Yuan Chonghuan in Ningyuan and was defeated and injured. Afterwards, he fell ill in July and died on August 11th, with a life span of sixty-eight years.
