One million words. When I first started the book, Goose never thought that I could actually write one million words. Looking back now, I feel that I am a bit awesome. After all, it is really not easy for a newbie to write a million-word novel.
Speaking of which, when I started this book, Goose had absolutely no plan in mind.
That day I was reading a book by Wu Liang, and I accidentally clicked on a chapter that said a book friend was asking if there was any book about Jia Rong.
Goose immediately shivered. The role of Jia Rong has a bad reputation, but it has a lot of room for creativity.
After all, Jia Rong has a father who removes ashes from his head, and his wife is a great beauty.
The sense of story came out immediately.
That day, without thinking, I randomly wrote two thousand words and published it.
Quite impulsive.
Before starting the book, Goose knew nothing about Red Mansions. He had never studied the original work of Red Mansions, let alone watched the film and television works of Red Mansions. So in the first chapter, I deliberately wrote the protagonist as someone who doesn’t know the specific story of Red Mansions.
Because geese don’t know the story of Red Mansions either. My initial understanding and slight interest in Red Mansion came from reading Wu Liang’s book one day.
One can imagine how difficult it was for such an impulsive, semi-literate man like Goose to write this book. After opening the book, I searched for various information and read the original work of Red Mansion... It is really unimaginable that I can persist until now and write one million words.
Of course, there were still many creative ideas at the beginning. For example, Mao Xuan was introduced in the first chapter, such as the establishment of a peasant association, and various others. It can only be said that Goose is still too young, so he transformed very obediently and took the current path.
Along the way, I am really grateful to all the book friends who have supported me.
Goose is a newbie in terms of creation, and some of its content may have given you a bad experience. There are many things that can't be helped, and as a newbie, I wrote them with trepidation.
A book with a million words is actually only one-third of what Goose imagined in terms of structure.
However, Geese doesn’t know how much longer I can write next.
All I can say is that I will persist.
