Chen Yuanwai, who answered the phone, had obviously just entered home and was stunned when he heard Hua Jiunan's voice.

"What's wrong, Xiaojiu, what was left in the car?"

"Tell me, I'll look for it, and if I find it, I'll send it to you."

When Hua Jiunan mentioned the Thousand Buddhas Temple, Chen Fu was obviously stunned for a moment.

"Did the little brat tell you?"

"Xiao Jiu, you know, uncle, it's not that I'm stingy, I just think that the temple and those masters are too evil."

"There is no evidence for the evil nature that uncle said. There seems to be nothing wrong with him. It's just my feeling..."

"And, and..."

It turned out that when Hua Jiunan and others were going to Japan, there was a sudden knock on the door of the small courtyard that day.

When Chen Fu opened the door, he found several monks asking for alms.

He was kind-hearted and was influenced by Xiao Wuxin, so he had a very good impression of Buddhism.

So without saying anything, after making tea, I invited a few monks to wait in the yard, and I hurried back to the kitchen to cook and cook vegetarian dishes for the monks.

Here’s a special explanation at this point: A real monk will never ask for money for alms.

Alms, in primitive Buddhism, are called begging, which is what we call begging for food.

The monks are constantly traveling around in the form of begging for food, promoting the Buddha's teachings and at the same time forming relationships with all living beings who have Buddha nature in their hearts.

Because the Buddha said that all living beings have Buddha nature and can become Buddhas, but not everyone is predestined to be associated with the Buddha himself, so there needs to be some way to connect these people with Buddha nature to the Buddha.

Through this method of alms, monks leave the seeds of a predestined relationship with the Buddha in the hearts of all sentient beings.

When opportunities are present in the future, or when the Buddha comes again, you can directly use the methods taught by the Buddha to practice Buddhism.

The above is the true meaning of Buddhist alms.

If you old friends encounter a monk who only wants money, just drive him away.

He is 100% a liar in monk's robes!

You give him money on the front foot, and he takes the money on the back foot and goes to the sauna...

...

However, before Chen Fu could enter the kitchen, he was stopped by the monks. They said that this time they came not to turn into a vegetarian meal, but to turn into a temple.

Just like what Chen Daji said, Chen Fu, who had a great heart, immediately agreed after hearing the words, and immediately followed the monks to the ruined temple site.

But after arriving at the place, Chen Fu immediately felt very uncomfortable.

I can't explain why or how I feel uncomfortable, but it just feels like a ray of light on my back.

You could even smell a faint stench in the air... But when Chen Fu asked his driver, he didn't feel anything, let alone smell the stench.

Just when Chen Fu's heart was ups and downs, the monks specially called him to a "secret room" in order to reassure him.

I saw more than ten "flesh Buddhas" of various sizes placed in the secret room - golden "flesh Buddhas"!

"Buddha in the flesh" is also called the Bodhisattva in the flesh and the relics of the whole body. It is the immortal body of the eminent monk after his death.

This kind of "existence" is extremely rare in real life, even rarer than the "disappearing in a rainbow" mentioned above.

But these wandering monks took out so much at once!

(For details about the eminent monk turning into a rainbow and leaving, please see Chapter 1227 of this book: The Origin of the Protagonist’s Name)

However, the "flesh Buddha" that was supposed to be sacred and solemn made Chen Fu feel a biting chill.

It seemed as if what he was facing was not a Buddha, but a bunch of evil ghosts with green faces and fangs.

Chen Fu always believed in his intuition, so he immediately found a reason to leave the "secret room" and the temple on the mountain.

And we no longer promise to repair them for free - just like Chen Daji said, we won’t even give them money!

Because Hua Jiunan, Deaf Granny, and even the head of the Five Great Immortal Family were not around at that time, Chen Fu didn't even have anyone to discuss it with.

This matter will be suppressed in my heart for the time being.

By the time Hua Jiunan and the others came back, Thousand Buddha Temple was already in full bloom.

It even far surpasses the local thousand-year-old Jinguang Temple - that is, Wu Xin's temple.

Seeing such a scene, Chen Fu thought that maybe he felt wrong that day and had wronged others. For this reason, he went to Thousand Buddha Temple to burn incense and apologize.

When I went this time, I didn't feel as cold as last time, so I didn't mention it to Hua Jiunan...
