To be honest, writing this volume was very difficult.
The reason is that the daily scenes are not well integrated with the main plot advancement, and the characters start to panic when there are more characters on the stage. When I was writing the outline, I had a good idea of how to develop it, but when I actually wrote it, I realized that the rhythm was different. Too many daily scenes and foreshadowing will make it boring to read, and if you start from the beginning, you will not be able to relax.
I prepared several funny daily ideas in the first half, but when I put them into practice, I found that it was not as simple as I thought: Should I only promote daily routines and not promote the main story? If you don't push it, it will look like you are filling it with water. If you push it, it will be difficult to be truly happy. According to the original pace, it would probably take twenty or thirty chapters to enter the expected conflict plot. By then, let alone the readers, I would be unable to bear it.
So I had to revise and rewrite it like crazy. I rewrote the outline of this volume three times. Many of the characters were completely different from the original plan.
"The Romance of Fairy Wood"
There is a huge contrast in style between before and after, and everyone should be able to tell that the outline of this volume has been revised.

——The original plan was for Qiluo and Ace, and Xingli and Caldesia to be separated, to develop into two lines and conflict. In fact, it is simply not feasible to write new characters before the image of the five-person group in the small club has been fully fleshed out. In other words, it is theoretically fine but I can't do it with my writing skills. Besides, let me think carefully about who wants to see the ideal and realistic Bianjing.
So if the entire Xingli line is cut off, you can become one (sad)
——The original plan was to start a large daily drama on campus, including classes, pranks, laboratories, club activities, etc.
But Shigure-kun's love problem has already begun. It's weird to leave this aside and go to class instead of writing! And I also want to write a date back! So I had the chance to meet again in the university classroom.
There were quite a lot of plots that were cut off. I realized that I couldn't handle so many messy plots and take care of the main storyline at the same time, so I simply went all out to write the date.
At least keep Shigure-kun's love line first, and you can throw away the others but not this one. Fortunately, his love story ended as smoothly as expected, and the big task of this volume was completed (sad)

Character aspect.
——Miss Chenbao was originally supposed to be a loser who often challenged A Ce, an inspirational girl who was beaten until she cried every time and then came back to fight the devil after practice the next time.
But as a result, our combat power has expanded too much. I don't know how the enemy can fight, so... Miss Chenbao went to the opposite side.
——Kusou was originally supposed to be a gangster with the appearance of an elementary school student hiding in a large mecha, with the same abilities as now.
But this kind of character would be tortured by Shigure-kun's Curse Scale...so he was changed to a skull-faced masked man.
——Millais was originally a tomboy with a peaked cap.
The concentration of female characters seems to be too high, so they become real boys.
——Dr. Cecil was originally scheduled to be the boss in this volume, serving as a stepping stone for Ming Ke before the final battle at the end of the volume.
The entire plot line in the laboratory has been said goodbye to Miss Xingli, so Doctor, please come out again next time when you are free.
——Ming Ke was originally scheduled to spend some time eating, drinking and having fun in the Capital of the Sky while doing some popular science on imperial martial arts.
Then the main character group could hardly finish writing, so I omitted this paragraph.
There are many, many more changes, so I won’t list them all one by one. This volume has to rewrite 1/4 of the chapters, which makes me want to cry.

There are many lessons learned.
Stop thinking about grabbing it with both hands all day long. Daily life is daily life, and the main line is the main line! If you don’t have enough writing power, you won’t be happy if you grab both sides together!
The characters have to be detailed and appropriate. I want every character to have a purpose and a plot line. This idea is correct, but I can’t do both in a short space of time, so I’d better resolve the main contradiction first and then talk about other things.
I’m already deeply reflecting on it and trying my best to apply it to the next volume (sorrow)
Even if I take a few extra days off from publishing, I still have to thoroughly consider the outline of the next volume before I start writing it.

The combat aspect feels better than the previous volume, at least there is no embarrassing situation like the bad beast battle.
The first battle was a show of three people's abilities + a little bit of calculation.
The dust blast battle was a bit deus ex machina at the end (using runes), but after finding the ability mechanism and using white matter to make a soundproof structure, it is not impossible to fight, so please forgive me)
Ming Ke Zhan wrote several chapters but there was nothing I could do about it. After all, I was so excited about it! But I still haven’t written down all the designed plots. I originally planned to write one or two more chapters... I decided to forget it after thinking about the reading rhythm.

The shady chess player in this volume only appeared at the end of the volume. He was defeated as soon as he came out and was plotted against him. It was actually miserable.
This is because he is not the boss of this volume. The boss of this volume is Ming Ke. Even though a lot of the plot was cut, I didn’t cut many passages related to him.
From a villain's perspective, he is a different type from Ms. Shigure in the previous volume. Unlike the struggling and self-obsessed Rei Shigure, this willful man lives happily. He does not consider complex issues. He only stands for "himself", and there is no distinction between high and low in his views of others. point.
The world in Ming Ke's eyes should be full of fun, and writing his dialogues is also a pleasure because you can completely relax.
In contrast, Ace's life is a bit more tiring. His abnormality was shown at the end of the first volume, and it was briefly mentioned at the end of this volume. The specific in-depth exploration will wait until the time of training... But it won't be the traditional passionate training, after all. The Dharma of Impermanence is based on the mind.
As for the person who appeared last, his story will have to wait until later.

Finally, there is the subsequent plot arrangement.
This volume is said to be about daily life, but I really didn’t write enough about relaxed daily life, so I will start a 2.5 volume with only a few chapters and write about absolutely relaxed and pure daily life to satisfy myself.
