In addition to refining a number of magic weapons, what Ling Qing gained the most was the various auras and materials in the Nine Heavens.
Divine irons such as Taiyi Yuanjin, Jiutianfeng Bronze, Sun Fine Gold, Ice Soul Cold Iron, Star Iron, etc.
There are also many such things as wind, thunder, fire, cloud essence, rain and dew.
Originally, Ling Qing also wanted to use these precious materials and divine iron to refine some treasures.
But he discovered that before he refined the incarnation of Qing Emperor, he actually did not lack treasures.
As for the incarnations of Emperor Miaoxiang and others, he had also prepared the corresponding magic weapons early.
The remaining four have not yet had their prototype emperor incarnations, and he does not know what kind of magic weapon to prepare.
Therefore, he only took a piece of jade condensed from the pure Qi of the Nine Heavens and the turbid Qi of the Earthly Evil, and refined a merit wheel for Emperor Miao Dao as a magic weapon to carry the Tao.
As the saying goes, meritorious deeds spread through all phenomena, and the nine heavens and ten earths turn into treasure wheels.
This merit wheel is the Dharma Realm of all phenomena encompassing the nine heavens and ten earths. The place where its merits and virtues shine brightly is the place where the Dharma Realm is transformed.
Long before that, Lingqing had already cultivated the Holy Embryo of Merit and Virtue using the "Spiritual Talisman of Merit and Virtue".
Therefore, this Miao Dao Emperor is also the first incarnation he refined.
At this time, his body is like a child, always staying in the wheel of merit and deriving all phenomena of the Dharma Realm.
In addition, he also prepared some magic weapons for Lingji and Wenjun, both for self-defense and for dealing with enemies.
It seems that from Lingqing's point of view, in addition to the exercises, classics, spells, and magic weapons, his trip was not only about martial arts, but also about books, spells, and magic weapons.
The biggest gain is your own strength.
His own strength has been upgraded to the Immortal Realm, and he has entered the stage of refining Qi.
Before you become an immortal, you have to refine yourself and build your foundation. It is this essence that you cultivate and refine.
And when the Yuan is refined, it is time to refine the Yuan to refine the Yuan Qi, which is to refine the Qi.
Its purpose is internal refining, refining the immeasurable perfect essence in the body into an innate Qi, and combining the five internal organs and five Qi to achieve the five Qi dynasties.
Just like refining oneself and building a foundation, this process of refining and transforming Qi can be roughly divided into five steps.
The first step is to nourish Qi in the Dantian and consolidate the innate Qi.
As the saying goes, Yuan Jing returns to the lower Dantian, Yuan Qi gathers in the middle Dantian, and Yuan Shen condenses in the upper Dantian.
After Lingqing became a human immortal, he turned the Xuan Altar into a divine talisman and moved it to the middle Dantian.
At this time, Yuan Qi is reborn and must be continuously warmed and nurtured in order to make it stronger and stronger.
Since the breakthrough, he has been continuously gathering the vitality of heaven and earth to combine with the essence, warming and nourishing the magic talisman, and condensing the innate energy.
He looked inside his body and saw a faint glow and steaming auspicious energy in the middle Dantian. In the center, there was a magic talisman about three fingers wide and one palm long floating in it.
Submission: Innate Yiqi Daoqing Divine Talisman
Three years in the copy, the divine light that has been cultivated has become clear and clear.
"This step is completed. The next step is to collect the five qi and warm and nourish the five internal organs."
Looking at this talisman, he thought to himself.
The ultimate goal of refining qi is to harmonize the five internal organs and the five qi so that the five qi can return to their original state.
The five internal organs are the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, so they store the spirit, blood, energy, and soul.
The five qi are metal, wood, water, fire and earth.
These five qi are not magical materials sought from outside, but the original vitality of the human body. They are generated in the internal organs and serve Yuan Zong.
It's just that the five internal organs are soft and cannot be tempered for a long time, because they need to be warmed and nourished first to make them strong.
Only in this way can the essence of the body be loaded, the five qi can be derived, and the spirit, blood, and energy can be combined.
At this point, the first step has been completed. The next step is to warm and nourish the five internal organs in order to balance the abdomen and intestines and strengthen the five internal organs.
Lingqing sent the exercises to the Sutra Pagoda, collected the materials in the warehouse, and then went to the quiet room to practice the method of refining the internal organs.
Although the refining methods are different, they are all methods of moving Qi.
When moving Qi, you need to receive Qi through the nose and exhale through the mouth. There is one type of Qi receiving and six types of exhalation.
The first one that takes in the breath is called inhaling, and the six that are exhaled are called blowing, exhaling, heeing, hehing, shushing, and croaking.
Hush should be used to treat the liver. Hush is for diarrhea and suction is for tonic.
Hush is the qi of the liver, and its qi is benevolent; therefore, hush is used to refining the liver to eliminate pain.
Lingqing sat cross-legged in the air, then slowly sat down facing eastward.
The lips are slightly closed and stretched horizontally, the tip of the tongue is slightly retracted forward and inward, there is a slight gap between the upper and lower teeth, and then the exhalation seems to make a sound.
"Shh~"
The liver in his body wriggled slightly, and a stream of putrid waste gas was expelled from the body as he breathed out.
After he finished speaking in one breath, he brought his upper and lower teeth together and tapped them three times.
"Da da da!"
Then keep your breath closed for seven breaths, then open your mouth and inhale the green Qi that shakes the palace, and swallow it three times to replenish the liver Qi that is damaged by hush.
But there is a slight green light rising in the liver, which is the energy of liver wood.
After doing this six times, until the green light fills the liver, he turns to face south.
The south is fire, and the heart also belongs to fire.
He should be used to treat the heart. He is for purging and inhaling is for tonic.
Oh is the Qi of the heart; if you regulate the Qi, you can calm your heart and harmonize your spirit.
Therefore, the purpose of refining the mind is to eliminate evil spirits.
Turn around and sit upright with your Lingqing face south, your mouth half-open, your tongue on top of the lower teeth, the surface of your tongue pressed down, and your breath loud.
"Ha~"
After you have exhausted all your breath, tap the golden beam nine times, also tapping your teeth nine times.
Then touch the tongue to the roof of the mouth. After the saliva fills the mouth, slowly swallow it. This is the Xuanquan rinse.
After three times, take a deep breath and inhale the red air from the palace, and swallow it three times to replenish the damaged heart energy.
Then he saw a slight red light rising from his heart, which was the energy of heart fire.
Do this six times, until the red light spreads all over your heart, and then you turn to face the west.
The same is true for the other three internal organs.
To practice the lungs, use 呬, open your lips and tap your teeth, put your tongue slightly behind the lower teeth, and exhale to pronounce it.
Then sound the Tiangu for seven times, drink jade syrup for three times, face to the west and inhale the Qi of Dui Gongbai, and combine the Qi of Fei Jin.
To refining the kidneys, use blowing, pinch your mouth, and make sounds with your lips.
Ming Jinliang Qi, drinking Jade Spring three, facing north to inhale the black energy of Xuan Palace, swallowing it nine times at the entrance, combining with the Qi of kidney water.
To strengthen the spleen, use exhalation. The mouth should be shaped like a tube, the tongue should be slightly rolled upward, and stretch forward with force.
Hold the Qi for five breaths, and use the Heavenly Drum for seven. Sit cross-legged in the middle palace to absorb the yellow Qi from the Earth Palace. Swallow it at the entrance for five breaths to combine with the Earth Qi in the spleen.
Beating the heavenly drum and knocking on the golden beam are both tapping the teeth, drinking jade pulp and gargling the Xuanquan are also the liquid in the mouth.
This is the method for the five internal organs to move qi. The five viscera plus the gallbladder are called the six houses. The gallbladder is also affected by water qi and the same path as the gallbladder.
For those who are brave, the essence of metal and the energy of water are combined with the liver.
If you have gallbladder disease, you should use Xie. Xie is for diarrhea and suction for tonic.
Lingqing's lips are slightly open, his tongue is retracted later, the tip of his tongue is downward, and he exhales to pronounce.
"Hee~"
After the exhaust gas is exhausted, face the north and inhale the black gas from Xuan Palace, and swallow it nine times in the mouth to replenish the damaged courage.
Immediately, you can see a slight yellow-black light rising from the gallbladder, which is the gas of gallbladder water.
Do this six times again, until the energy from the internal organs and the six internal organs fills the three burners, and then you slowly stop the exercise.
Ling Qing slowly landed on the futon, looked inward at his own body, and nodded with satisfaction at the faint light of the five qi glowing on his internal organs.
But after all, the internal organs are closely related.
This step is a matter of water milling, and there is no need to be impatient.
Performing this exercise once a day will calm the abdomen, intestines, and five internal organs, and the evil spirits will not be harmed.
When the five essences are refined, vomiting out the old and absorbing the new, as time goes by, the true energy will be thorough and the five treasures will be inexhaustible.
At that time, the internal organs will be filled with qi, and the softness will be refined into hardness. Then the qi of the five internal organs can be harvested, condensed into the palace, and accumulated five qi.
Now that this skill has just been practiced, it is naturally unusable, but he is not in a hurry to use it at this moment.
At that moment, Lingqing stood up and left the quiet room, walked out of the Qingling Pavilion, and leaned against the boundary tree by the Linghua Pool with his eyes open and closed.
While enjoying the warm breeze, I checked my own information. (To be continued)
