Liu Bang built an altar on the north bank of the Sishui River and ascended the throne, renamed himself Liu Bang, proclaimed himself emperor, and temporarily made Luoyang his capital; Lu Fei became the queen; Prince Liu Ying became the crown prince; Liu Bang's late mother was posthumously named Mrs. Zhaoling.
