The title song of the third single is "Go! Bicycle", and the director is Tetsuya Nakajima, who has filmed "Confession" and "The Life of the Disliked Matsuko".
I don’t know what the management idea is, but suddenly inviting such a big director to shoot a PV for Nogizaka feels like overkill.
Tetsuya Nakajima, who wears a white beard, looks serious. His performance is consistent with his status as a great director. He is extremely serious in the studio and has very strict requirements for the camera. However, he does not have the temperament of a big director as expected. As long as what he says makes sense, he is willing to accept the members' suggestions.
What is more puzzling is the content of the PV. One by one, the members put on bob wigs and dressed like dolls. The scenery is also very colorful. At the beginning, everyone froze, and "Elf" knocked over the ice cream ball in Hashimoto Nanami's hand. Then everyone recovered from the freeze state, lined up neatly, and started dancing.
Considering the films the director has filmed, the style of this PV is closer to "The Life of the Disliked Matsuko", with colorful colors and strange shapes, giving it a fairy tale feel. But I just can’t see any connection with the title song, and I can’t figure out the theme that the PV wants to express.
Before the official filming of the PV, Amamiya Sugawara thought it would be bicycle-themed, telling the story of a campus cycling team overcoming difficulties and obstacles to win the competition, but it turned out that it had nothing to do with bicycles from beginning to end.
After shooting the single PV, the members also shot individual PVs in their free time. The theme of this personal PV is travel. The members traveled to various parts of Japan and even overseas according to their own wishes, and the accompanying director played freely during the filming.
Amamiya Shiori didn't want to travel far, so he arranged the travel destination near Tokyo. It was very convenient to go out in the morning, finish shooting in the evening, and still have time to go back to the dormitory for dinner.
