A little updated

Something has happened in the past two days, and my body can't bear it. I checked again today and after three times of ultrasonic lithotripsy, I'm really sorry and will try my best to resume updates. This is why I don't dare to ask for a monthly ticket.

The doctor also told me to go to bed as early as possible. Staying up late is very harmful to my health.
