First, in response to the misleading expressions posted by the Zhihu user, the reputation infringer, I formally reply that this matter does not exist and is a slander of character and reputation infringement.
Second, the individual’s current coping methods and basic attitudes:
1. Already called the police (the first time was that night and a receipt was obtained, see Figure 1 (you can’t see it), the second time was to supplement the evidence of the case based on the newly learned situation).
2. We have contacted a lawyer and are actively pursuing private prosecution and going through legal procedures (see Figure 2 (you still can’t see it)).
3. Go to the end and seek a formal, public and sincere apology no matter what the cost, including the current ongoing process without comparing the cost.
Third, I ask the honorary infringer to stop infringing on me, stop publishing any false or misleading information, and apologize formally, publicly and sincerely. I will not stop legal actions until I receive an apology fully recognized by my wife and I.

Fourth, some additional details and personal expression on this matter.
1. In fact, a change in my personal attitude occurred in the middle.
When I first saw the other party apologizing and saying that I had been deceived by a third party, I thought of letting it go and thought it was not possible. However, after discussing with friends, family and lawyers, I felt that it was not possible. in this way. Because the other party's apology was confusing. The first sentence was an apology and the second sentence seemed to assume that I was the liar, which was very misleading.
Moreover, regardless of whether the reputation infringer was deceived by a third party, I am undoubtedly a complete victim in this process, and so are my family members. According to the lawyer's reminder, this thing is basically two things. First, it is the infringement of my reputation by the reputation infringer (there may be multiple), and second, there is a possible criminal case between the reputation infringer and others. The former one is going to court for private prosecution. I have already discussed it with the lawyer and asked her to handle it on my behalf. The latter one obviously crossed the line. I also made notes with the police comrades and supplemented the evidence. I believe the police comrades will investigate to the end.
2. My current practice of being truthful has actually paid a huge asymmetric cost. For no reason, a short essay was like a meteorite falling from the sky, which caused me to run around all day and night, sleeping only two hours a day and night, and having to wait for the follow-up.
