Li Junfeng suddenly realized that these words were what he had said to Yu Jianghai just now. Unexpectedly, he turned around and was said again by Shang Cambridge.
Looking at Yu Jianghai who fell to the ground, Li Junfeng was shocked and frightened: "Is he dead?"
"I don't want to go to jail." Shang Cambridge said and threw the stick in his hand at Li Junfeng's feet. "It was an empty plastic pipe picked up at the dormitory construction site. I didn't dare to use force. I think he fell because he was too frightened. No. If you don't worry, you can check his breathing. Or you can send him to the hospital. I don't have any objection."
Li Junfeng thought that if I sent him to the hospital, it would not be my fault if Yu Jianghai suddenly woke up on the way.
He squatted down and tentatively tested Yu Jianghai's breath with his hands, only to feel that his breath was smooth and long. He checked Yu Jianghai's head again and found that there was no bleeding but a big bump.
Seeing that Yu Jianghai didn't look like his life was in danger, Li Junfeng felt relieved. He turned to Shang Cambridge and asked: "What do you want to do?"
When Li Junfeng checked Yu Jianghai, Shang Cambridge had already collected Yu Jianghai's money. He divided the money into two piles and pushed one of the piles in front of Li Junfeng when Li Junfeng asked: "This is your share."
"What did you say?" Li Junfeng was surprised when he saw the money, "You gave me money?"
"We each have half." Shang Cambridge was talking when Yu Jianghai on the ground suddenly snorted.
While Shang Cambridge watched Yu Jianghai vigilantly, he whispered, "Aren't you also here to ask for money from him?"
Li Junfeng didn't expect that things would develop to this point, and he was speechless for a moment.
Seeing his ugly face, Shang Cambridge thought he was too little. He gritted his teeth, took out another small pile from his own pile and put it on Li Junfeng's pile: "Is it okay this time? Let's make friends."
Li Junfeng knew that he had misunderstood what he meant, so he said blankly: "No."
"You think it's too little?" Shang Cambridge was stunned, "You want them all?"
"You and I take the money away. He will settle the account with me when he wakes up." Li Junfeng pointed at Yu Jianghai on the ground and said, "So no one can take this money."
"Do you think if you don't take the money, he won't settle the score with you when he wakes up?" Shang Cambridge didn't understand the logic behind Li Junfeng's unwillingness to take the money, so he couldn't help but ask.
Li Junfeng was stunned by his question, and after a while he said, "Why do you say that?"
"You came to him at night to ask for money. As soon as he refused you, he was attacked. You said it had nothing to do with you. Do you think he would believe it?"
After he said these words, Li Junfeng immediately sighed in his heart. He knew very well that with Yu Jianghai's character, he would definitely not believe him. It seems that taking the money and leaving is the best option. But if Yu Jianghai asked about it afterwards, how should he be reconciled? He was different from Shang Cambridge. Although money was very tempting, he still wanted to ask for help from Yu Jianghai and didn't want to break his face over this matter.
As if he understood Li Junfeng's worries, Shang Cambridge said quietly: "Actually, there is a solution. Let's divide the money, I leave and you stay. But if you stay, you can't be like now."
"How do you say it?" Li Junfeng didn't understand the pronunciation of Shang Cambridge's words.
"You will also be 'knocked out' by me. At least you will have a bag on your head. If you can bleed, it will be more realistic."
"So Yu Jianghai won't be suspicious?" Li Junfeng was not very convinced by this suggestion. "I'm afraid that if I get beaten in vain, it may not make him suspicious."
"When Yu Jianghai wakes up, he will definitely check if his money is still there. If he has lost his money, he will definitely search you for (money). If he doesn't find any money on you, then even if he suspects you, he will not Yes. But if you watch him wake up or you're not around, then you really can't tell."
Shang Cambridge's explanation made Li Junfeng's eyes light up: Although it is not a good solution, it is at least a way. And indeed, as Shang Cambridge said, leaving Yu Jianghai now is definitely not the best idea.
"Where are you going to put this money?" Seeing that the other party was silent, Shang Cambridge took the initiative to hand a pile of banknotes to Li Junfeng.
"I don't have room to put so much (money). You can hold it for me first, and I'll find you another day." Li Junfeng hesitated for two seconds and pretended to be grand.
"Are you safe if I hold it?" Shang Cambridge asked deliberately.
"Then I can only take a gamble." Li Junfeng said, picking up the empty plastic tube on the ground and handing it to Shang Cambridge.
Shang Cambridge took the plastic stick, weighed it in his hand, and suddenly pointed his finger behind Li Junfeng and shouted: "Be careful of Yu Jianghai!"
Li Junfeng turned around suddenly and saw Yu Jianghai still lying on the ground. He was startled and turned around quickly, only to see a plastic rod coming towards him.
With a plop, Li Junfeng fell to the ground.
After an unknown amount of time, Li Junfeng felt like he was in a ship. The ship was heaving up and down on the rough sea.
Li Junfeng held the side of the boat with his hands and tried his best to look out of the boat. He saw waves several feet high between the sea and the sky.
He was anxious about how to break out, when a shadow suddenly appeared above his head. Li Junfeng hurriedly looked up, but before he could shout, a huge wave had already hit him.
The hull of the boat immediately began to shake violently. Just as Li Junfeng was about to call for help, a second wave hit him again.
Li Junfeng's hand holding the side of the boat gradually loosened under the violent jolts of the boat and the crashing waves.
Just as he was trying to find something to grab around, the third wave swept him out of the boat.
Li Junfeng felt like he was slowly floating away from the boat like duckweed, and his body gradually merged with the sea water.
"Ah!" Li Junfeng shouted and sat up suddenly from the ground. The water dripping from his forehead wet the ground.
"You finally woke up." A familiar voice sounded behind him.
"Hmm. Huh?" Li Junfeng turned around quickly, only to see Yu Jianghai staring at him fiercely.
"My money is gone." Yu Jianghai said, throwing an empty bag in front of Li Junfeng.
"Huh?" Li Junfeng had a splitting headache, but his mind had already remembered what happened before he was knocked unconscious.
"Is that you?" Yu Jianghai asked in a confused manner.
"Me?" Li Junfeng pretended not to understand, "I saw you being knocked unconscious, so I rushed over to see you, and then...then someone knocked me out too."
As Li Junfeng spoke, he subconsciously touched the top of his head, and a big bump appeared where he could reach it. The big bump hurt when he was touched by his fingers, and he couldn't help but grinned and groaned a few times.
Yu Jianghai didn't say anything and directly reached out to touch the bag on his head. Li Junfeng deliberately grinned and shouted twice, pretending to be in pain.
"It seems that we were both ambushed just now, and my money was robbed." Yu Jianghai still looked cold, but Li Junfeng felt a chill.
Li Junfeng is not afraid of Yu Jianghai, but he still needs to rely on Yu Jianghai to realize more of his plans, so he doesn't want to get too tense with Yu Jianghai unless he has to.
The top priority is to convince the other person that he has suffered the same thing as him. But what should I say to make Yu Jianghai believe it? Li Junfeng was in trouble.
