"Hypothesis on the Essence of Breath-Taking Method"
This is the name Mo Chengjun gave to his not-yet-mature hypothesis. He believes that the essence of practicing the breath-taking method is three words - deep processing.
In this world, whether it is martial arts or immortality, it is actually a personal practice. At the beginning of practice, you must also complete the introduction of Qi into the body.
To complete the introduction of Qi into the body, one must practice the Qi-eating method.
The first floor of the Xinghe Sword Sect's Tibetan Dharma Building is large enough, and Mo Chengjun found no less than a hundred books on various Qi-breathing methods here.
After in-depth research, he discovered that these breath-taking methods are diverse and each has its own characteristics.
From the running muscles to the speed of circulation.
From the types of spiritual inspirations absorbed from heaven and earth to the environmental requirements for cultivation.
From the properties of the generated mana or inner energy, to the viscosity of the spirit machine in the body, to the degree of leakage, etc., there are too many subtle factors that affect it, and not many of them are the same.
However, when looking into the process of cultivation, they are actually pretty much the same.
In other words, no matter which method or breath-taking method you use, you have to breathe in and out of heaven and earth to enter your body.
Then through deep meditation, these heaven and earth spiritual machines are guided to continuously circulate in the meridians until they are finally incorporated into the Dantian to form their own mana or inner energy.
Take a look, is this process very familiar? It is extremely familiar, and it is very similar to the working nature of modern factories - the deep processing of various raw materials.
For example, after a piece of iron leaves the factory, it can be sent to a tool factory to be produced into various cutting tools, or it can be sent to a machinery factory to be processed into various accessories.
It can also be sent to a mold factory to smelt various models, or even be selected by a blacksmith and carefully crafted into a sword.
It does so many things and can produce so many products.
From this perspective, the spiritual machine of heaven and earth is like raw materials, the human body is like a processing factory, and the meridians are rich and diverse machines and equipment.
The entire cultivation process is a production process, and the final product is mana or inner energy.
Depending on your initial process and process, each one will have its own characteristics.
Even, from this perspective, the so-called leakage phenomenon in cultivation has an explanation. After all, there will always be defective products in factory production.
And in the process of cultivation, you cannot expect that there will be no problems at all.
There is no doubt that Mo Chengjun was very excited after proposing this hypothesis, because it was completely logically logical and made sense to some questions.
But a hypothesis is just a hypothesis. If it wants to rise to the level of theory, it must go through various experiments.
After thinking for a long time, Mo Chengjun designed many experimental methods.
Not only did he find many outer disciples for help through Baling'er and observe their cultivation results, but he also tried several plans himself.
As a result, some succeeded and some failed.
After getting over the initial excitement, Mo Chengjun calmly concluded that he had to admit that this hypothesis had some irreconcilable contradictions.
For example, a monk's mana is equivalent to a kind of energy, and energy will be consumed, and mana will dissipate invisible after use.
Assuming that this mana is obtained through deep processing, it will still retain its original form after being left in the outside world, which is inconsistent with the facts.
This may be a bit vague, let’s give another example.
The wrench is made of iron, but even if you don't use it or throw it away, it is still a wrench and will not return to iron.
But after the magic power is used, the monk loses control over it and it will still return to the magic of heaven and earth. This is true.
There is also a more intuitive point. Mo Chengjun gathered some spiritual ideas from heaven and earth in his left hand, and condensed his own magic power in his right hand.
When the two were put together, he could directly see them with the naked eye and distinguish their differences.
Well, great talent cannot be hidden, and after carefully observing it countless times, he had to admit the fact that there was actually not that big a gap between heaven and earth's spiritual power and mana.
At least, the difference between the two is not as big as an iron block and a wrench.
So, after thinking again and again, Mo Chengjun came up with another new hypothesis - packaging!
This time, he believed that there was actually no difference between the spiritual power of heaven and earth and magic power. Even after the spiritual power of heaven and earth circulated in the meridians, it was still the spiritual power of heaven and earth.
They are just labeled with various labels and logos, put in bags, added with outer packaging, and then shipped out of the factory.
The human body is actually extremely complex. There are not only the circulation of qi and blood inside the body, but also invisible magnetic fields, bioelectricity, and many unknowns.
The process of practicing the breath-taking method requires a high degree of concentration and guidance, and even the slightest mistake can lead to catastrophe.
All of this is actually like stamping, labeling, bagging, and finally packing into boxes.
To put it bluntly, the whole process is to put one's own mark on this world.
As long as this mark is there, it can be said that this heaven and earth spiritual machine has an owner and is controlled by others, that is, magic power.
And when this mark is eliminated, it becomes the inspiration of heaven and earth, which is ownerless and can be used by everyone.
This hypothesis perfectly explains the various problems left by 'deep processing'.
Only this time, Mo Chengjun was much more cautious.
He started experimenting again, and again with the help of Baling'er, he found many outer disciples and compared their magic powers.
This time, he found no obvious errors or loopholes, and even extended this hypothesis to explain one of the fundamental problems of the technique.
Mana, because it is wrapped with the spirit of heaven and earth, can resonate with the spirit of heaven and earth, and because of the monk's brand wrapped on the outside, it can be controlled by others.
With these two points, it is possible for the technique to take shape.
However, just when Mo Chengjun thought he was done, Balinger gave him another heavy blow.
This time it was not because of what Baling'er said, but because of the Qi-eating method he practiced, "Seven Mysterious Sword Qi"
Baling'er is the most orthodox disciple of Xinghe. He also practices the most orthodox Qi-eating method. From the "Hunyuan Qi" in the Qi-entraining realm to the "Seven Mysterious Sword Qi" practiced after foundation establishment, it can be regarded as the same line of succession, but Mo Cheng After observing, Jun found that there was a huge difference.
The atmosphere of "Hunyuan Qi" is gentle and flexible, and there is almost no risk of going too far.
The "Seven Mysterious Sword Qi" is domineering, sharp, and sharp, and seems to be able to penetrate everything.
But these two extremes can complement each other and form a continuous complement.
Mo Chengjun realized again that the meridian system may not be a factory for deep processing, but it definitely has the ability for light processing.
Even if it does not cause fundamental changes in nature, it still has the ability to change attributes.
For example, "Hunyuan Qi" and "Seven Mysterious Sword Qi" are essentially the same spiritual machine of heaven and earth, which means the raw materials are the same, but the final products are very different.
This made Mo Chengjun think of charcoal and diamonds. Are they essentially the same?
Same!
But what about their external attributes?
What a difference!
With this understanding, Mo Chengjun went back and summarized it again, and after going through it over and over again, the "Essential Hypothesis of Breathing Technique" had the basic outline.
Well, Mo Chengjun still wanted to be embarrassed, and he was too embarrassed to change the word 'hypothesis' to 'theory'.
But returning to the essence, he has realized that the monk's magic power is actually the inspiration of heaven and earth.
It's just that after being 'processed and packaged' in the meridians, it is branded and stamped, and it belongs to the individual's world.
Don't think this is useless. In fact, if you know the essence of many things, and then look at some problems from the essence, you will have different results.
For example, now that we know that pranayama practice is picky about raw materials, will it speed up the practice if we prepare the required raw materials first?
The "Hunyuan Qi" practiced by Mo Chengjun is a kind of heaven and earth spirit that requires light yellow color and a bit of sharpness.
In the words of this world, class belongs to gold.
He first spent a while to pick out these metallic heaven and earth spirits, gathered them around him, and then entered a state of hesitation in breathing.
Just this time, the speed of his cultivation more than tripled from the original level.
This is not to mention the limit, and further upward...
Well, he didn't dare to go up.
The principle of "too much is not enough" applies to all aspects of life. If the concentration of the same attributes of heaven and earth is too high, it will also cause imbalances in other aspects.
For example, the endurance capacity of the lungs, the pressure limit of the meridians, mental guidance and physical adaptability, or some invisible effects.
Mo Chengjun had already noticed that the magic power cultivated in this way would be a little impetuous, not as solid as before, and the manipulation was no longer as satisfying as before.
He analyzed it for a long time and came to the conclusion that the light factory of Meridian had to do too much work in a unit of time, so naturally it was no longer as careful as before.
This is also often said to be a lack of pure magic power, an external manifestation of taking too many drugs, and is also a taboo in breaking through the realm.
Of course, there are ways to solve this problem, such as studying the principles of meridians and changing the operation route. This can be regarded as optimizing the factory's operating process.
Or to strengthen the strength and breadth of the meridians, this is to recruit troops, improve business level, and strengthen oneself.
Mo Chengjun chose the third option, which was to determine about twice the concentration after several attempts.
In this way, it will not affect the solidification of mana, and it can increase the speed enough. It is stuck on the edge of 'quality' and 'speed', so it is the best choice.
Just kidding, whether it's optimizing processes or recruiting people, it all takes time and energy, and it's already another big topic.
In addition, Mo Chengjun also optimized the way he used spells.
For ordinary people, magic is the use of mana to resonate the inspiration between heaven and earth.
Then, through hand techniques, magic seals, or curses, the spiritual power of the world can be driven away to form a closed loop of magic, thereby detonating its power.
This method cannot be said to be bad, but it is infinitely more troublesome than Mo Chengjun's direct control of the heaven and earth to form a closed loop of magic. It is also slow and it is even more difficult to increase the proficiency of the magic.
But even so, Mo Chengjun still felt that it was not enough.
He is now combining the two methods, integrating their advantages and eliminating their shortcomings, directly using mana as the energy source to resonate, and then controlling the spiritual machine of heaven and earth to complete the closed loop of magic.
This method is slightly more powerful than the previous method, but it is not an exaggeration.
Because Mo Chengjun's ability to acquire spells has already reached the point of 'spiritual self-generation', no matter how strong he is, he can't get any stronger.
In terms of casting speed, this has been improved to a certain extent.
After all, a group of 'tough men' now have a leader, so they will naturally go much faster than they did before.
But what really makes Mo Chengjun happy is the consumption.
Yes, it is consumption!
