Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva currently has a neutral attitude towards the disintegration of Lingshan.
He had objections to Tathagata, and at the same time he was not convinced by Maitreya.
So when Maitreya came to him, he agreed wholeheartedly, and later took action to search for Buddhist scripture seekers in the underworld.
Maitreya has been searching for Buddhist scriptures for many years to no avail, so in the end he could only consider reporting to the saint.
On this day, Maitreya returned to Lingshan with his followers.
"What's going on? Lingshan has been rebuilt?"
As soon as they arrived at Lingshan, everyone was stunned.
Because they saw that Lingshan, which was originally a piece of ruins, had returned to its previous appearance.
As if in an instant, Lingshan returned to the glory days of its past prosperity.
Previously, Tathagata left with the Buddhas and moved Lingshan upside down, leaving Lingshan in ruins.
But now, it has miraculously recovered.
The light of the Buddha shines everywhere, the sound of Sanskrit sounds bursts, the wonderful Dharma appears, and the crowd is crowded. There are actually monks, drinking and drinking among each other.
Snapped!
Maitreya couldn't help but slap himself in the face.
"It hurts. I'm not dreaming." Miroku showed an expression of excitement and surprise on his face.
If he hadn't slapped himself, Maitreya would have felt that none of this was real, he felt too unreal.
"Someone actually renovated the Great Leiyin Temple. Who is helping my Buddhism?" Puxian also felt that something was not real.
In excitement, a group of people quickly rushed to the Main Hall.
It turned out that after the Tathagata left, Daleiyin Temple was silent, empty, and particularly deserted.
But at this moment, it seemed like everything had come back.
All the original Buddhas in Lingshan were actually there, including Buddha, Bodhisattva, Vajra, five hundred Arhats, three thousand bhikkhus, and countless monks. They were sitting cross-legged on both sides, as if they were greeting Maitreya and the others.
Maitreya was even more excited.
And even Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva is there.
Even Maitreya could not imagine that Guanyin, who had previously refused to come to the conference, was present at this moment.
"Did all the Buddhas repent and come back?" Maitreya guessed in his mind that all the Buddhas must have suffered hardships following the Tathagata and then came back.
If that's the case, that would be a big surprise.
Although everyone had abandoned Maitreya before and no longer recognized Maitreya's status as Buddha, Maitreya was extremely angry at that time.
But after so many years, Maitreya was relieved.
Because Maitreya also deeply reflected on what he had done before, he thought that if one day all the Buddhas came back, he would ignore the past grudges and be the Buddha of Lingshan.
However, we walked deep into the main hall.
A tall golden lotus platform appeared in front of everyone, with a figure sitting on it.
Everyone was shocked when they saw this. The figure was none other than Tathagata.
"Tathagata? Why are you back?" Maitreya was suddenly shocked.
The Tathagata actually came back and sat on the Buddha's throne again. At this moment, he was staring at Maitreya and his group with no expression.
Suddenly, Maitreya had a bad premonition in his heart.
Previously Tathagata left on his own initiative, and now he has returned to Lingshan. Is this an attempt to turn his back on guests?
Maitreya's mood became complicated almost instantly.
He was excited in his heart. What was exciting was that Tathagata had returned with the Buddhas, and Buddhism could flourish as usual. If possible, he would rather give up the Buddha's position to Tathagata.
But he felt a little unhappy.
What was unpleasant was that Tathagata sat in the Buddha's seat again without even saying a word to him.
You know, he is the master of Lingshan now.
If Tathagata becomes Buddha, then who is Maitreya?
For a time, various thoughts emerged in Maitreya's mind, making him have mixed emotions.
Subconsciously, Maitreya actually wanted to return Lingshan to its original appearance, and also wanted Tathagata to return and take charge of the overall situation again, without leaving a lot of messes for him to clean up like before.
Now Maitreya is naturally a little happy to see Tathagata, but whether Tathagata can tolerate him in the future is another question.
At the same time, when Maitreya rushed back with everyone, Tathagata also showed a hint of surprise.
He stared at Maitreya and asked, "Fat Mi, why are you back?"
"I……"
For a moment, everyone was speechless.
What does Tathagata mean?
Tathagata had left on his own initiative before, and now that he is back, shouldn't they be the ones asking this question?
Why did Tathagata ask them in turn?
Do you really want to turn against customers?
"I am the Lingshan Buddha appointed by the saint, and I am the owner of this Lingshan. Of course we are coming back. As for you Tathagata, why are you back?" Maitreya asked with a slight frown.
The Tathagata was sitting on the lotus platform with an indifferent expression. When he heard Maitreya's words, he snorted lightly and said, "What nonsense are you talking about? The saint said that Lingshan is yours, so that means it is yours?"
"This Lingshan Buddhism was founded by me, Tathagata. I am the master of Lingshan. I belong to go home. You and other irrelevant people should leave as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble."
Sure enough, Tathagata is turning his back on guests.
Maitreya and everyone were immediately confused.
Unexpectedly, as soon as they returned to Lingshan, they were treated as irrelevant people and were about to be expelled.
This time Maitreya quit.
"Tathagata, what do you mean? I, Maitreya, am the Buddha of Lingshan, and I am the master here. The irrelevant person should be you, right?" Maitreya asked, he was a little anxious.
"Then let everyone judge and decide who is the irrelevant person."
Tathagata glanced at the surrounding Buddhas.
At this time, from somewhere, a sentence suddenly came out: "Tathagata Buddha is the master of Lingshan, and Tathagata Buddha is the Buddha of Lingshan."
As soon as these words came out, there were voices supporting Tathagata from time to time.
The originally silent Daleiyin Temple immediately became noisy.
The Buddhas who were taken away by the Tathagata before expressed their support for the Tathagata. The Tathagata is the Buddha of Lingshan, and Maitreya is nothing.
Hearing such comments coming and going in his ears, Maitreya's face became ugly.
Tathagata sneered and stared at Maitreya, and continued: "Have you heard, I am the Buddha of Lingshan, and you, Maitreya, are just a chess piece in the hands of the saint, the puppet Buddha of Lingshan. I, Lingshan, are a world of freedom and equality. There is no need for a puppet Buddha or a saint to interfere with the affairs of my spiritual mountain."
"From today on, I, Tathagata, will only be the Buddha of Lingshan, not the pawn of the saint."
Tathagata's voice resounded throughout the Great Thunder Sound Temple.
"What about me?" Maitreya looked pale and a little worried.
Before, the reason why Maitreya became arrogant and domineering after he became the Buddha was because he had the support of saints behind him. Now that Tathagata is not afraid of saints, even if Maitreya has the support of saints behind him, there is nothing he can do against Tathagata.
"You are all the scum of the Buddhist sect. I am cleaning up the sect. I originally wanted to punish you, but since we are in the same sect, we will not pursue it too much. You should leave as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble."
Tathagata said again.
Hearing this, Maitreya was very angry, and suddenly his whole body of magic power surged, and he was about to take action.
"What? Do you still want to take action? In that case, don't blame me for being rude." Tathagata frowned and cursed.
