Good morning!
I have two pieces of good news to report to you.
First of all, it’s going to be on the shelves today.
Since the VIP chapter is unlocked only at 12 noon, the chapter will be postponed until noon, probably around 11:15.
As usual, I have to write a review before putting it on the shelves, but I really don’t know how to write it, so let’s talk about this book.
After I finished writing my last book last year, I originally planned to take three months off to get married and prepare a new book, but I didn't expect that the new book would be so difficult to produce.
I didn't originally plan to write about the rebels, but after checking the information, I felt very involved and made me very angry, so the story gradually took shape.
It is difficult to write a story about choosing the place of rebellion in northern Shaanxi in the late Ming Dynasty.
But if you don’t start writing from northern Shaanxi, you will feel that there is something wrong with this story, because the uprising in the late Ming Dynasty was not a peasant uprising, but a collective mutiny in stages and batches when the Ming Dynasty forced its own border guards to the point where they could not survive unless they rebelled.
Modern people stand at the commanding heights of history and look back at ancient armies. They often blame the generals for the poor military discipline of an army. But most of the time, the army that can starve to death without looting or freeze to death without demolishing its houses has certain generals. autonomy and financial rights.
Whether you are a court official or a general, you must prevent soldiers from starving to death or freezing to death, so that you do not rob or demolish houses.
During the Chongzhen period of Tianqi, the Ming Dynasty really made it normal for soldiers to freeze to death and starve to death.
The foundation of the Ming Dynasty is too strong, and there are too many heroes and martyrs in this land. If the foundation is weak, there will be fewer heroes.
Why did it last until seventeen years?
This thing starts from northern Shaanxi. If I don’t start writing from here, I feel like it doesn’t matter where I start.
So I read a lot of information and tried to flesh out the story as much as possible.
In fact, the beginning of this manuscript was written during the Chinese New Year. At that time, I saved 120,000 yuan for the manuscript. Later, I felt unsatisfied, so I wrote a second one, which also saved 120,000 yuan. I was not satisfied again, so I wrote a third one. ...Half a year has passed like this.
Later, I discovered that because I didn’t publish books and didn’t get feedback from readers, my hands became more and more raw, and the more I wrote, the more autistic I became.
In fact, the overall quality of the five beginnings has continued to decline, and none of them are as good as this one.
But there are also some aspects of this arrangement that are not very good. I have to publish the book in front of me and revise it later. Moreover, my hand will not be able to pick it up after a while, so I write very slowly.
When I first published the book, I couldn't even write two thousand words a day, and I was very anxious.
But I’m getting used to it as I write it, and I can feel my skills coming back bit by bit, which makes me happy.
Now I can probably write a little more than 4,000 a day. I tried it yesterday and wrote 8,000.
Although I still write very slowly, I have made great progress.
This is the first good news, bang, the update speed is expected to be increased by 100%.
The initial consideration is to try to update 8,000 every day after it is put on the shelves, and maybe 4,000 during holidays.
The second good news is that I accompanied my wife for a prenatal check-up a few days ago. I am going to be a father and will have my baby’s heart rate measured in a few days. I will give birth to a four-legged gold-eating beast by this time next year.
The only shortcoming is probably that looking back, I could have written the beginning better.
But maybe people have always felt this way, which shows that I am making progress and it is all accumulation.
In short, I have made progress, my books have made progress, and my family has made progress, and everything is getting better and better.
I will work hard to write this book better and strive to make more progress.
Finally, I wish you all the best and all your wishes come true.
