She suddenly understood, thanked me profusely, and then said that she would go to her mother-in-law's house in the evening, invite those Buddha statues back, and offer them properly!
But at this point, there was a new question. She asked me, please bring back the old Buddha statue. What should I do with the new one? Can one Buddhist temple house two identical Buddha statues?
This question is on point again. I believe many people will be confused. Is it okay to enshrine two identical Buddha statues in the same home at the same time?

He said, why do you need to worry about this issue? Think about those temples. This hall is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva, and other temples can also be dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva.

However, there is a folk saying that if two identical statues of gods are placed at home, one of them will retreat. In other words, of two identical statues, only one will have spirit.
But Uncle Ma said that this statement is not absolute. First of all, it depends on the state of mind of the person who worships the gods.
Because the spirits of gods may not come from the same place.
Speaking of this, you may ask, there is only one god for each god, so why don’t they necessarily come from the same place?
Everyone, there is indeed only one god. For example, the God of Wealth in your home, Zhao Gongming, has only one deity.
However, it is impossible for this deity to come to your home. The God of Wealth worshiped throughout the world is actually just a ghost.
But the divided spirits and divided spirits are also different. If the God of Wealth is worshiped in the temple, if more people worship the incense and make wishes, the other person's divided spirits will be more powerful.
The power of the ghosts we worship at home is slightly weaker.
And don’t think that all the unified spirits come from heaven. In fact, some spirits come from temples.
For example, where you are, there is a Temple of Wealth, which is full of incense and very effective.
Then the God of Wealth worshiped by many people in your homes may be the spirit of the spirit in this temple.
If you don't understand, let me give you a math question. For example, the spiritual power value of the deity is 100,000 points, then the spiritual power value of the branch spirit in the temple below may be 500 points, or 100 points.
Around this temple, the gods worshiped at home may be divided from the temple. Of course, your spiritual power value may only be 10 points.
Therefore, if there are two identical statues of gods in your home, then there may be two ghosts from different temples living in them.
But it is also possible that only one of the temple's ghosts will live in, and at this time the other statue will indeed retreat.
If you have a very pious heart when making offerings to God, you might be able to inspire two ghosts to live together. If you don’t have that heart, then even if you make ten offerings, you won’t be able to inspire two ghosts.
