After being conferred, you can only be called a mage after you have received a position in heaven.
Disciples who have not been ordained can only practice the Dharma in the name of the master, provided that the master must have been ordained.
Some sects are also called zouzhi, zou means report, zhi means position, and the meaning is the same as conferring an oath.
Because the positions are different, the management matters are also different, and they are divided into different ranks, so there is a difference between a yellow-robed mage and a purple-robed mage.
A mage who has received a position can practice magic in a legitimate manner, mobilize troops and horses, and act on behalf of heaven in the human world. This is a matter of tolerance.

Only those who have made no mistakes in upholding the first true precepts can be conferred the great precepts. There are three hundred intermediate precepts in total. Only those who have made no mistakes can be conferred the great precepts of gods.
There are twenty-seven laws in the Great Immortal Precepts, and each law is divided into ten categories, totaling two hundred and seventy.
