The first picture is a screenshot of yesterday’s registration text message. My work and rest time is to get up around 10:11 in the morning, so I always see a doctor in the afternoon.

The third picture is the diagnosis result of back pain at the beginning of this month. I also mentioned it in this chapter during that period.
