The main ingredients are tofu, eggs, and tomatoes.

I like to use soft tofu for tofu, but you can also make it older and it’s delicious. The tender tofu is not the kind that is used in soup, the kind is too tender. It's just for cooking. The tofu cubes sold in supermarkets are usually fine.

While the pot is hot, turn to high heat. You can add garlic or not according to your personal taste. Add diced tomatoes to the pot and stir-fry. Add salt, sugar and chicken essence. After most of the tomatoes become juice, add the tofu cubes and stir-fry. It is best to soak the tofu cubes in the soup. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and remove from the pot.
