She looked at the disciples around her who were meditating with their eyes closed, exhaling vitality, and she also imitated them properly.
A calm and powerful figure appeared silently on the futon in the center, it was Lin Xuan.
He glanced around and frowned. Why does it feel like there are fewer people than last time?
He immediately shook his head. Although Taoism does something, it often doesn't. If you have to force them to do everything, it will be counterproductive.
Lin Xuan glanced at Nannan, who was sitting cross-legged on the futon with her eyes closed. Under the influence of the surrounding disciples, she also entered a state of trance.

"Stone is so strong that water can penetrate it. The stone is damaged but the water is not. This is a phenomenon that can be seen everywhere in nature. However, does anyone know how soft water can wear away huge rocks?"
He was visiting friends recently and was in a good mood, so he tried his best to soften his tone. Unfortunately, because his voice was too rough, even Yao Guang felt a buzzing in his forehead.
The entire hall was silent, and you could hear a pin drop. All the disciples lowered their heads and thought, for fear of hurting themselves. Seeing this, Yao Guang stepped forward and replied:
"No one in the world is softer or weaker than water, and no one who attacks the strong can win. Water nourishes all things, just like the great road transforming all things into being. Therefore, the softness of water is in line with the great road, so it is invincible and invincible. Even if a rock is tough for a thousand years, it can penetrate it."
Lin Xuan nodded and said:
"Yes, everything in the world is opposite to each other, moving from one side to the other. If it is too strong, it will be weak, and if it is too weak, it will be strong. So the weak can defeat the strong, and the soft can defeat the hard. If you understand this way, you can do the opposite in front of the strong. In practice, use the weak to defeat the strong, and use softness to overcome the strong.”
Nannan was smart and immediately understood what Lin Xuan wanted to express.
The disciples were afraid of Lin Xuan, because they thought Lin Xuan was strong and they were weak. If the weak could not defeat the strong, they would feel fear in their hearts. However, Lin Xuanqiao used the example of water droplets penetrating stone in nature to explain to everyone the principle of defeating the weak with the weak, which alleviated fear and was of great benefit to their future spiritual practice.
Nannan's little mouth is slightly raised. Master Lin looks carefree and scary, but he is actually a thoughtful person.
Yao Guang answered well, but others may also answer well. Lin Xuan then asked a disciple next to him. The latter stuttered and watched as the master's face gradually turned red, his anger gradually accumulated, and his voice gradually became inaudible like a mosquito or fly.
Until it was completely quiet, the atmosphere in the air was a bit anxious. The man secretly swallowed a mouthful of saliva and did not even dare to raise his head.
Before the breath was over, Lin Xuan's deafening roar suddenly sounded like thunder in the hall, making everyone's ears buzz, the roof was lifted three feet high, and the rubble trembled.
"If the words do not convey the meaning, you are stumbling, you are ignorant and have no skills, how can you become a decent person! "Yuan Yin Lun" has an extraordinary origin. It taught me the ancient great masters to observe the changes of the sun and the moon, and the changes of yin and yang and realize it. It is said that he once had a great opportunity and was lucky. I was able to read a certain passage in the "Taiyin Immortal Sutra" and I was greatly inspired to write this sutra."
"Although this sutra is extremely superficial compared to the Taiyin Immortal Sutra, it was ultimately written by ancient powers to observe the way of heaven and explain the principles of yin and yang. It is of great reference significance for practitioners. And you, yin and yang go hand in hand. You can mess up the basic principles of the book. From now on, if you sit in prison, you will become obsessed at least, or your body and mind will be destroyed at worst. You are really ignorant and incompetent! You will be punished by facing the wall for ten years and copying this sutra ten thousand times!"
Ten thousand... times? The disciple wished he could hit himself to death. He was really lazy and sneaked down the mountain with several other classmates to go to the world of mortals and have fun for a few days.
If he had known this, he would not have gone at all.
Nannan was thoughtful about the key points in Lin Xuan's words just now. As the old monkey said before, one flower and one world, one leaf and one bodhi. Every living individual actually contains a world within his body, using the endless potential of his own small world to contend with the myriad variables of the big world.
Since the big world outside the body is in an endless cycle of yin and yang, is the same thing true for the small world inside the body? There are two forces that conflict with each other to maintain the balance in the body. If there is an imbalance, is it a misunderstanding as the elder just said? Possessed?
Nannan informed Lin Xuan of her confusion, and the latter showed an appreciative look, nodded, and replied:
"That's right. Everything in this way returns to its root. And the Xuanmen gate is the root of heaven and earth. All things are born in this heaven and earth. Therefore, the root of all things is also the gate of Xuanmen, the door of life.
"Ordinary life wants to maintain the stability of the door of life. It only needs to be diligent in all aspects of life, in accordance with the weather, cover in spring, freeze in autumn, cool in summer, and hide in winter. If there is a problem in one link, it will manifest as disease or disaster. This In fact, there is something wrong with the door of life. It can be recovered by recuperating or seeking medical advice.
"But for monks, the door of life means the door of practice. As the door of life continues to open, a steady stream of potential will be released. These potentials do not come from the outside world, but are completely created by the monks themselves. Transformed into a small world, it collides with the outside world. The Great Dao does not allow monks to have the strongest strength, but the monks fight against the Great Dao to prove their own way and to achieve enlightenment.
"During this process, the Gate of Life sprays out the yin and yang qi, forming a barrier to protect one's own body. If it is out of balance and the invasion of ten thousand ways is caused by the devil, the damage caused by it may not be recovered for life.
"It is rumored that the two holy emperors of the human race, Taiyin and Sun, took one of the Yin and Yang avenues of their bodies and cultivated them to the ultimate peak. They were proud of all the heavens and the worlds and spanned the nine heavens and ten earths. As soon as they came out, all the ways were surrendered.
"It can be seen from this that when one reaches a certain level of cultivation, the Tao in the body will no longer need the protection of the Wheel of Life, but will be tempered by thousands of ways. Those who are amazingly talented and beautiful will even face the test of thunder and sea in the sky, which is a catastrophe.
"For you, this day is too early. Although the Tao outside the body conflicts with the Tao inside the body, it is by no means irreconcilable. You can even use external objects for your own use. Today I will teach you a method that will help While you are meditating, absorb the essence of the sun and the moon to mobilize the yin and yang qi in your body to form a barrier and nurture your body's path."
After teaching the technique, Lin Xuan taught the basic information about the major realms of the human body and the surrounding geographical location to Nannan's introductory class alone. Everyone was basically a child raised from the mortal world, so they listened very carefully. .
Nannan suddenly felt that the world was so big.
According to Elder Lin Xuan, there are five regions in the world they are in, namely Eastern Wasteland, Western Desert, Zhongzhou, Nanling, and Beiyuan. They are all so vast and mysterious that even monks cannot cross them by themselves.
Even in the central part of the Eastern Wasteland where they are located, there are countless famous mountains and rivers, and there are countless small cities like Yancheng. The vastness of the territory is staggering.
Seeing the stunned expressions of the children, Lin Xuan was very satisfied and added:
"Mortals will never be able to leave the vast mountain where they are in their entire lives, and monks can't easily travel across the territory. There are countless mountains like this in one region, and there are as many as hairs on a cow in this region in the Eastern Wasteland. There are people outside of us. , There is a sky outside the sky, if you can study hard and practice hard, one day you will be able to overlook this great river and stand on the top of the clouds."
