As we get closer and closer to Buddhism.
Layers of transparent white mist began to appear on Yu Lian's body. The mist gathered and dispersed and emits a milky white light. Pieces of it fell off like a blue bird shedding its feathers.
Her aura became more and more holy, as if she could ascend at any moment.
She stopped at the door and gently raised her hand. Just as she was about to touch the door, the milky white light overflowing from Yu Lian's eyebrows also shone to the extreme. Suddenly, something strange happened.
"Qiang!"
The sword roared and exploded.
The sword talisman in Yu Lian's arms floated out of thin air, creating ripples in circles. It seemed neutral and peaceful, but in fact, each one contained terrifying sword energy.
"boom!"
And when the first ripple of sword energy hit, the entire portal trembled, causing the rock wall of the cave to fall off, and the Buddha statue on the table was crumbling.
then.
The second way, the third way, the fourth way...
Countless ripples followed closely behind, and under their constant impact, the portal shape gradually became hazy, transparent, blurred, and finally, flickered on and off.
until…
Diffuse and invisible!
Ao Lie's demonic thoughts, which had been suppressed with great difficulty, gained the upper hand again, while Yu Lian regained consciousness, but her eyes as she looked at the Bodhisattva's Dharma were full of complexity.
There is confusion about what is going on here; there is confusion about one's own origins; there is anger that Buddhism forces one to convert without saying hello or asking for opinions.
There is also a deep sense of... fear!
She took a few steps back in fear and stood where the sword energy was densest. She felt the sword energy flowing up and down her delicate body, tightly clinging to the package, and then felt a little relieved.
She didn't know what happened to her.
But she knew.
Anyone in the world could plot against her, anyone could harm her, but Chen Yi would not. He would only protect her. The mountain wind was howling, and he was her typhoon shelter.
She could always trust him unconditionally.
because.
He is her teacher.
"Chen Changgeng..."
Silence for several breaths.
The Bodhisattva turned his head slowly and stared at the sword talisman:
"Your Excellency, do you want to be an enemy of our Buddhist sect?"
Although Chen Yi didn't reveal his will, she was a fox for thousands of years. There were many things that she didn't need to say explicitly. She knew that Chen Yi could understand everything in the cave.
Just like Chen Yi doesn't need to show up, but he can affect her layout.
"Bodhisattva is serious."
The words fell within a few seconds.
The sword energy intertwined and transformed into a figure dressed in white. He first bowed to the Bodhisattva's Dharma, and then said without being humble or arrogant: "Yu Lian, you are my disciple."
"What connection she had with Buddhism in her previous life has nothing to do with me."
"I like this child, so I have to protect it. I can't let you do whatever you want. She voluntarily joins your Buddhist sect, and I will never stop her. But if she doesn't want to..."
Speaking of which.
Chen Yi bowed his hand to the Dharma Prime Minister again, which can be said to have given Buddhism enough face:
"I hope Bodhisattva sells it to the next thin noodle."
The meaning is self-evident.
Respect is mutual, and so is face. I sell you face, and you sell mine. We are all friends. If you step on my face, there is no one behind me.
He did not believe that Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva's position in the Lotus Buddha Kingdom could not find any relationship between him and Bai Hu'er Lian.
Even if it is impossible for Buddhism to deduce the latter's heel, at least something should be clear - Bai Huer's face is not easy to mess with.
What's more, he had already formed an alliance with Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was naturally considered a member of Buddhism and had a special status.
As the saying goes, don't look at the monk's face but look at the Buddha's face. In terms of emotion and reason, in public and private matters, the other party has no reason to attack.
This is called human nature.
