As I said before, more updates are needed.

Then, as we entered July, my body started to get sick.

At first I didn't think it was a big deal until I went to the hospital for a checkup and read the list.

For the first time in my life, I went to the hospital and took so many medicines.

There are more than ten or twenty boxes of medicine, which makes your scalp numb just by looking at them.

Because it is a gastrointestinal problem, it is best not to sit, but to stand or lie down.

So updating is difficult.

I'm not making excuses, I just feel embarrassed.

The reason I didn't mention it before was because I was afraid that I might not be able to write. After all, it's too difficult to write while standing. (I found out later that it was okay, so I decided to continue)

Some people even gave me a reward, which was quite touching.

Then, my family went to the hospital for a checkup today.

It's okay, better than before, but I still have to continue taking medicine.

Next, we will try our best to update and maintain it at three updates. (For the fourth update, I have to break my promise. Writing this while standing is the limit.)
