As for this project, the current mainstream training method is "listening to gun training", but in fact, if you practice this too much, it is easy to reach a bottleneck. To take the simplest example, even at the 2017 National Games, what would you guess is the average male and female performance in sprint competitions in our country?

The answer is that the average starting times of men in the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals are - 190.79, 179.88 and 173.63 respectively.
The average starting times of women's preliminaries, semi-finals and finals were - 192.39, 187.44 and 177.13 respectively.
Note that this is the National Games, which is already the highest level competition. There is no saying that the sample is not elite enough.

At the beginning of the semi-finals, the starting reaction time of the men's event was obviously better than the starting reaction time of the women's event.

Quick reaction training - can improve tissue tolerance and muscle and nerve reflexes, and can also be used to improve ground reaction strength and movement speed.
