The cycle of the Pure Tathagata's appearance did not go smoothly at the beginning.
The way of reincarnation and the principles of life and death are also recorded in the Miluo Treasure Scroll, and the corresponding system is not lacking. There is naturally no problem with the method of pure Tathagata's reincarnation, but the entire Miluo world is essentially a part of Miluo. , so the interference caused by the pure Tathagata's reincarnation is far more complicated than the normal reincarnation. What he needs to do is not only to maintain himself during the reincarnation, but also to distinguish himself from other [Miluo].
The consciousness and power possessed by those [Miluo] may not be strong, but the consciousness of the same origin can always easily affect the perception of the Pure Tathagata. Different consciousnesses, different selves, and different concepts overlap with each other, all interfering with the self-cognition of the pure Tathagata.
In the process of reincarnation, at the beginning, the pure Tathagata's appearance still rotated among all the spirits in the day after tomorrow, becoming a spiritual deer, a white elephant, and a white ox. As the spirits multiplied and humanity flourished, the pure Tathagata's appearance gradually turned into slaves. , merchants, princes, gods, life after life, time and time again, constantly rotating, during which they gradually understand the path of merit, merit, and yin virtue.
The changes in the past and present life also change with the changes in the body's merits, merits, and negative virtues.
The sin-forgiving and loving-kindness sign, one of the ten major Dharma signs, was also drawn and manifested in the West. After communicating with the Pure Tathagata in the cycle for a period of time, it used its own incredible miraculous authority to promote the changes in reincarnation to appear in the West.
Slowly, with Mount Sumeru, where the Pure Tathagata originally resided, as the core, the entire West was brought into the cycle.
Being above the Nine Heavens, Milo, as the Jade Emperor, finally stabilized his concept. When he looked down, he discovered that the changes around Mount Sumeru were different from those in other regions.
On that land, all living beings, including sentient beings, unconscious vegetation, trees, bamboos and rocks, the gentle breeze and drizzle, their essential spirituality is infiltrated by the power of the pure Tathagata, and they are caught in the great cycle of rotation.
Within this cycle, all lives are equal, and the current form is only temporary. All spirituality will continue to learn, make progress, and gradually become enlightened in the endless rotation, and finally transcend the shackles of the cycle and become new life.
In this never-ending learning and cycle, the importance of the life form has been infinitely reduced, while the status of self-awareness and spirituality has been continuously improved. At the same time, the power and realm related to spirituality have also been greatly improved.
For example, the [Buddhist Path: From the Seventh Grade Sotapanna] originally recorded in the Miramar Scroll has become an important fruition position in this great cycle. It has gained a certain ability to interfere with reincarnation. Not only has its life span been extended, Having acquired some magical powers, you can stay away from the influence of the three evil realms of animals, hungry ghosts and hell, ensuring that your next life will only be reincarnated in the three good realms of heaven, asura and humanity.
Of course, the interference of the Sotapanna stage is limited, and most of it can only affect the next life. If you cannot continue to practice intensively in the next life, you will still be reincarnated as cattle, sheep, grass, and trees, and you may also become demons and ghosts.
Only by constantly improving your cultivation, breaking through the colors, sounds, smells, tastes, and touches, and seeing through the illusion, can you see the true Dharma, see the true self, and reach the [Buddhist Path·From the Sixth Grade of Situoham], can it be said to be the beginning. Get rid of the interference of the big cycle.
Seeing the changes in [Buddha's Path: From the Sixth Grade of Situagami], Milo understood the answer to the pure Tathagata's appearance.
"Is this your understanding? The me in the past life, the me in this life, and the me in the next life are all the true self. The so-called past life, this life, and the next life are just the aggregation and changes of the four external parts of the true self. As long as you can see the true self, I, there is no difference at all between life after life? This is in line with the concept of Buddhism..."
Milo looked at the rotation below. Under this great cycle, all forms of life are only temporary. The seemingly long life is just a short moment in the endless cycle.
Therefore, under this concept, a given life does not matter at all,
The relatives, emotions, memories and reputations in this life are only attached to the four false combinations outside of the "true self", and will gradually leave as the cycle progresses.
Moreover, as the big cycle continues to advance, time will be stretched infinitely, and a specific life will continue to shrink.
It is not the right thing to stick to the current suffering, pain, happiness and joy, because those are nothing but empty existences, the construction of the four major false combinations, reflections in dreams, shadows in bubbles, cannot be Something to retain.
The only way is to keep practicing, maintain yourself, and not be attached to external things.
And this kind of practice will continue until one day, the individual truly realizes the "true self" and sees clearly the external illusion.
At that time, all the wisdom from the past life will be reversed one by one, and the memories of countless reincarnations will be turned into treasures.
It is also at that moment that enlightened Buddhist monks will understand the concept of equality for all living beings.
Because of the countless reincarnations of memory, the cows, horses, sheep and dogs are him, the birds and fish are him, the poisonous snakes and insects are him, the plants, trees, bamboos and rocks are him, the demons and monsters are him, the one who commits evil is him, the one who does good is him, the one who enjoys happiness is him, and the one who suffers sin is him. It was he who finally became enlightened.
The never-ending reincarnation, the almost infinite cycle, brings together the memories of countless lives, creating a superior foundation unique to Buddhism.
But after endless reincarnations, is what is left really the 'true self'?
Milo narrowed his eyes slightly, this was the doubt in his heart.
Nowadays, reincarnation on the Western land can be fully advanced because the entire world is part of [Miluo], whether it is the many Bodhisattvas and gods on Mount Sumeru, the novices and living beings on the earth, the Shura Yaksha underground, the essence The above are all derived from [Miluo], so they can maintain relative integrity and independence during the reincarnation process.
If it were a real reincarnation of heaven and earth, most of the souls would be crushed directly and mixed together. To put it harshly, a person might have dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of different "past lives". Under such circumstances, how can you ensure that what you witness must be the "true self".
"What am I, who am I? Who am I? Supreme Master Talisman, you really left me a big problem. I don't know where Supreme Master Talisman went?"
Milo muttered in a low voice, and the Buddha's call sounded in the void again: "If it is to answer doubts, the poor monk cannot answer the emperor's questions, but it is not difficult to find traces of the Supreme Being?"
"oh?"
Milo looked back at Mount Sumeru and saw the Buddha's light rising above it. A phantom of the Buddha stood on it. There were bright lights flowing around his body, forming hundreds of thousands of billions of bright clouds, revealing perfection, compassion, wisdom, Samadhi and other phenomena. It is the pure form of the Tathagata that has been reincarnated countless times.
He put his hands together and saluted Milo from afar.
ps: In this chapter, [Miluo] refers to the complete version of the deity, and Milo refers to the Jade Emperor.
