As we know before, Nadak, the "City of a Hundred Towers", also known as "Enchardak", is a Dwemer city located near the east coast of Solseheim Island. It is considered to be perhaps the largest and most advanced of all the great Dwemer archives. Even by Dwemer standards, the city is considered an engineering marvel, as it employs a complex system of pumps, aqueducts, and boilers to release steam throughout the city. Using various control cubes, the Dwemer are able to raise or lower entire cities into the sea at will.

Legend has it that the ancient Nords on the island of Solseheim once attempted to conquer Nadak, the city of a hundred towers. In response, the Dwemer simply sank the city to the bottom of the ocean until the Nords gave up. In its heyday, it was said that Nadak's large workshops were capable of producing one complete large mechanical puppet every day, which was obviously an impressive production rate. It is believed that most of the Dwemer troops that fought at the Battle of Red Mountain came from Nadak.

In addition to being a Dwemer arsenal, Nadak also serves as a vast archive and research center. When the Dwemer discovered the Black Book and believed it to be one of the esoteric tomes of knowledge scattered across Nirn by the Lord of Knowledge, Hermoeus Mora, the Dwemer dwarves took it to City Library for further research and sealed in a protective box resistant to magic.

At some point during the First Era, the city accidentally sank into the sea. Theories surrounding the sinking of the City of Hundred Towers vary. One theory is that it sank during the first eruption of Red Mountain in 1E 668, an event known as the "Death of the Sun". Given its proximity to the erupting Red Mountain, the "catastrophic sinking theory" seems reasonable. Another theory speculates that after the sudden disappearance of the Dwemer in 1E 700, a defense alarm in the city was triggered, and the automatons that kept the city running deliberately sank the City of One Hundred Towers in an attempt to protect the city.

Regardless, the city remained submerged for the next several thousand years. It is said that at some point after 3E 427, Nadak resurfaced. Although much of the city was in ruins and inaccessible due to flooding, several boilers and water pumps were still operating.

In the early Fourth Age, Neros, the wizard lord of House Telvanni, ventured into the ruins, where he found the "Black Book" sealed by the Dwemer thousands of years ago. Unable to open the protective box, he chose to seal the ruins to deter any meddlers until he could find a way to open the box.

All of the above are plot clues that the lord has previously known. However, due to the intervention of the "Dragon Breaker of the Second Thousand Years", especially the wisdom giant Mimir, the plot took a "counterattack" deflection.

There is a high probability that the black book sealed by the current Crowstone Speaker Neros has been obtained by the two-in-one wisdom giant Mimir and the first generation dragonborn Milak. Therefore, the purpose of the Lord's trip is just to conquer the Black Flame Lord Vasuyo.

Wu Chen was curious all the way as to what exactly was in the City of One Hundred Towers. Or maybe the Black Flame Lord Vasuyo was captured by the dwarves and imprisoned in the Dwemer sphere to serve as an artificial sun. He glowed and heated up in the black and was lucky enough to escape a series of major historical events such as the dragon war and the disappearance of the entire Dwemer dwarf clan. What kind of secrets does she carry during her days? Or what unknown revelations did she receive from the Dwemer dwarves?

After letting her escape from the black drop, she couldn't wait to fly north as soon as possible to Nadak, the city of a hundred towers that was still running automatically for thousands of years.

Not surprisingly, this is clearly an important hidden plot point.

The Holy Light Gate opened in the Elevated Plaza where scorched corpses were scattered all over the ground, and "Dolfken · Acmeil" Folzenac and Kolosa walked out together. The Lord Protector and the housekeeper arrived with the adventure team.

The elevated square built above sea level is the only way to Nadak, the city of one hundred towers. Previously, this incomparable sea view platform was occupied by bandits. Now there are only charred corpses all over the ground. Those frozen moments of death all indicate that they were destroyed by the dragon flames falling from the sky.

"Master, it's her." Fujuenak smelled the breath of his companion; "Black Flame Lord Vasuyo."

Stopping and looking at the brass towers protruding high out of the sea, as well as the brass fortress at the end of the ferry bridge extending straight into the distance at his feet, Wu Chen asked casually: "By the way, refer to the work of the Emerald Lord Carl Grontide. Name it, this black flame lord Vasuyo was also a dragon lord who owned a group of dragons, right?"

"Yes, Master." For the past, Fujuenac did not have too many feelings: "But at the most critical moment of the (dragon) war, she suddenly disappeared. The dragons that lost their dominance were immediately replaced by (humans) ) were defeated and no one survived."

"Ah..." Wu Chen nodded lightly. The war between the dragons and the Nords was originally a one-sided massacre by the dragons. As a result, when the goddess Gene convinced Paarthurnax to rebel and taught the Nords the "Voice of the Storm", the Nords turned defeat into victory under the powerful power of the dragon's roar. Killed almost all the dragons. Even the dragons that fled to various parts of Tamriel after the war continued to wither over the long years and eventually became completely extinct. It wasn't until 4E 201 that the World Eater Alduin, who was expelled from the torrent of time, returned to Skyrim from the Time Wound in the Roaring Peaks, and the resurrected dragon returned to the sky.

The gate of the brass fortress was melted by the high-temperature dragon flames into a huge black hole filled with solidified copper water. The terrifying radial explosion marks all around showed that the power of the Tumu was also superimposed on the crop.

With one blow, the bandit camp on the high platform outside was turned into charcoal, and with another blow, a hole was made in the city gate of Nadak. This shows how urgent this dragon is.

"Yes, all the mechanisms were violently dismantled by the dragon's roar, and all the mazes were melted through by the dragon's flames. It also saved us a lot of time in exploring and solving puzzles." The Lord's mood did not seem to be affected at all.

"Since there is something Vasuyo needs urgently hidden inside, she shouldn't be so reckless." The housekeeper's adventurous instinct was not wrong. He violently opened the treasure chest without caring about destroying the treasures hidden inside. This is not the approach a mature adventurer should take.

"Perhaps, the City of Hundred Towers itself does not mean anything to Vasuyo." The Lord Lord has already thought: "It is like tearing open a beautiful packaging box. The most important 'gift' is hidden deep in the packaging box."

"Master, she feels me." Korosa, the day magic god, had briefly met Vasuyo, the black flame lord, on Southelheim Island.

"It's good that she's still here." The Lord finally felt relieved.

The eyes of Korosa, the day magic god, were immediately filled with magic light: "She is waiting for me at Nchardak Workshop."

"Is that the super arsenal that built most of the Dwemer legions in the Red Mountain Campaign?" Wu Chen seemed to have thought of something.

"Yes, it is the Nadak workshop that was able to produce a complete large mechanical puppet every day at its peak." Korosa, the day magic god, nodded lightly.

Passing by the Nchardak Reading Room, the "Dark Magic Book" sealed by Speaker Nelos himself was indeed missing. Looking into the eyes of the housekeeper, the lord sighed: "What should come will eventually come."

"Master, don't be distracted by Mimir Milak, just concentrate on completing our adventure." The housekeeper comforted softly.

"Okay, Alicia." Wu Chen thought the same way.
