Jiang Fan has the eagle eye skill, so he can naturally see their movements clearly.

After imitating Li Hao's movements, Jiang Fan carefully explained to him the consequences of these movements and how to correct them.

Afterwards, he personally demonstrated how to correct himself from the posture he had just performed.

After Li Hao read it, he was suddenly enlightened and threatened to try it.

Sure enough, after Jiang Fan showed him step by step and tried again, Li Hao corrected many mistakes and swam four or five meters before sinking again due to nervousness.

But this surprised both Xiao Zhenlong and Zhao Dong.

In just ten minutes, although Li Hao could not swim, he could swim five meters, which was half the battle!

As long as you practice a few more times, it will definitely be no problem!

After that, Jiang Fan simulated the movements of the other three people and corrected them one by one.

When they're all done, have them take the test again.

In the second test, it was obvious that they could already reach more than five meters.

The third time, ten meters!

the fourth time……

the fifth time……

After nearly an hour of constant correction and guidance, all five of them were able to swim more than 20 meters smoothly!

This has greatly exceeded Xiao Zhenlong's expectations!

They have trained several freshmen, and even the fastest ones need three days to swim more than ten or twenty meters.

But as for Jiang Fan, he reached it in an hour!

"It seems that our previous training model is still too conservative!"

Xiao Zhenlong thought about it and immediately went ashore to talk to the squadron leader Wu Haitao about the matter.

Wu Haitao couldn't believe it after hearing it, so he also came to observe it. When he found out that it was true, he was extremely happy.

Immediately, after discussing with Xiao Zhenlong, he pulled out all the remaining ones who couldn't swim and trained them using Jiang Fan's model!

Sure enough, the morning passed.

Almost all students who cannot swim can swim more than ten or twenty meters!

This made Xiao Zhenlong and Wu Haitao very happy!

They simply canceled the physical and tactical training in the afternoon, and decided to teach all the students who couldn't swim within two days!

And Jiang Fan has almost become their chief instructor!

Xiao Zhenlong now has immense trust in Jiang Fan, and almost everything he says is what he says.

And Jiang Fan did not live up to the trust of his leaders.

Two days later, all students who could not swim had learned breaststroke.

And learned to float easily for air! This is the biggest key. When swimming in the sea, as long as you learn to float and take a breath, you don’t have to worry about sinking or being unable to swim!

The rest is a matter of physical strength!

As long as they slowly correct some wrong actions later, they will be able to swim in the sea with the least effort like other students who can swim!

On the morning of the third day, Wu Haitao directly organized the entire squadron to conduct a small experiment.

Go into the sea for a 400-meter swimming test!

See if they can finish it on time.

When all of them started to swim in the sea, the other squadrons nearby were shocked when they saw this scene.

"What's going on? Do all members of the Eighth Squadron know how to swim? Are they starting long-distance training now?"

"No! I remember that one-third of them can't swim? They all learned it in just two days?"

"It took me two days to learn how to kick my legs, but I still can't float! How did they train? Isn't it too perverted?!"

The training grounds of the Seventh and Ninth Squadrons are sandwiched between the Eighth Squadron.

They could clearly see the swimming conditions of the Eighth Squadron.

Their squadron leaders and instructors also stopped and looked with telescopes, and found that the entire Eighth Squadron was really mobilized!

At this time, Jiang Fan did not get off, but sat on the speedboat next to him, quickly looking at each student.

When you see that their movements are not standard, immediately use the loudspeaker to remind them and ask them to correct them quickly. Otherwise, not only will their muscles be easily strained, but they will not be able to swim very far and will lose strength!

It was precisely because of Jiang Fan's sharp eyes and incomparably correct swimming postures to guide him that the students of the Eighth Squadron were like a fish in water and they quickly adjusted.

After the captain of the third district learned about this, he also rushed over to take a look.

I was immediately pleasantly surprised and quickly asked Wu Haitao why.

After Wu Haitao carefully explained the reason to the district captain, the district captain immediately made the decision and asked the Seventh Squadron and the Nineth Squadron to also learn the training model of the Eighth Squadron!

And Jiang Fan undoubtedly became the biggest contributor to the swimming training in this sea training!

Three days later again.

According to this model in each squadron, it only took three days at most for the students who could not swim to learn how to swim.

After that, long-distance swimming training began.

From four hundred meters to one thousand meters and then slowly to three thousand meters...

Add a little more every day!

Of course, after a week of swimming training, the school also started training in other sea training subjects.

For example, the main obstacle course is the four-hundred-meter sea crossing and island landing.

There are three such training venues in this sea training ground.

This project not only tests a person's physical fitness and courage, but also the body's balance!

Those who can run these four hundred meters in two minutes are all very good.

Most people need two and a half to three minutes.

Because this obstacle training involves not just running, but also passing various obstacles, which will greatly slow down your running speed.

Before any obstacle, find the speed that suits you so that you can overcome the obstacle faster.

The first 100 meters: running in a soft sand pit, sprinting with all your strength to the obstacle 100 meters away!

Then to the second 100 meters: passing five-step piles, jumping deep pits, flying short boards, climbing high benches, getting higher and lower platforms, climbing ladders, climbing single-plank bridges, high board walls, and drilling barbed wire.

The third 100 meters is parallel to the second 100 meters. After running the second 100 meters, you will return to the third 100 meters: jumping from the low pile net, going down the pit, drilling Bridge piers, climbing ladders, crossing high and low platforms, drilling low board walls, climbing high walls, and three-step piles.

The last 100 meters: stepping into the sand pit again and sprinting back with all your strength!

Even a fast warrior would need at least fifteen or six seconds to complete the 100-meter sand pit run.

The medium one takes seventeen or eight seconds, and the slow one takes more than twenty seconds.

These two 100-meter sand pits are also the most physically demanding.

Especially the last one, because the first three hundred meters, running through the 100-meter sand pit, and then crossing more than a dozen obstacles have consumed more than 80% of their physical strength.

The final 100-meter run in the sand trap would be impossible to complete if I didn’t take more than 20 seconds!

In the Eighth Squadron, after Wu Haitao introduced everyone, he asked the monitors of each class to lead the students to familiarize themselves with and train on each obstacle.

After an hour, run the whole distance again and test your results.
