In the pure land, clear springs are flowing, golden lotuses are blooming, auspicious beasts are running around, and birds are flying. This is in sharp contrast to the previous tragic scenes of the eight hells.
"It is so compassionate and kind to overcome the eight hells and eliminate one's sins..."
