Sorry, I'm not back to health

I just woke up and wanted to write a little before going back to sleep, but I went to the study to make tea, drank two large cups, and was about to write. Suddenly I felt like coughing. Before I could lay down my chair and lay down to cough, I felt the coughing was very violent.

Then I lost consciousness. When I woke up, I saw the ground right in front of my face, with my dropped glasses next to me, my cell phone on the other side, and drool on my collar. I woke up without knowing where I was or what position I was in, and I could roughly deduce how I landed from the gradual pain in my forehead. I woke up, I was very conscious, and there was nothing abnormal, but I was very scared. I was alone in the study, and for about five seconds I had no memory.

I thought I would slowly get better, but this left my hands still shaking with fear.
